Excellent service, quick delivery & really easy to install, I thought it would have cost a fortune for Hot Pink Artificial grass but very reasonable. highly reccommend

Excellent service from start to finish we ordered some samples which was quick and easy and they arrived within 48 hours! Chose our product and ordered on bank holiday Monday so wasn't expecting the order to be processed for at least 4/5 days but low and behold our item arrived within 48 hours ! The only thing i can say which isn't a moan was there was no tracking at all and it had stated the driver would need help due to the weight and length, the driver left the order between a building and my car so I had no idea it had been delivered until i went to get in my car later that evening.

Sent samples which led to ordering. Happy with service, delivery and product.

Obtained numerous composite samples and Tuda was the least informative. Just 3 cuts in a box. But, good pricing and colour which matched what we needed. Delivery made quickly and no omissions. Boards are very good quality and also ordered trim and fascia to finish the job. Very pleased with outcome.

On the bad side, when you place an order you get a voucher for free samples , on being the Craft Gin Club.
I got the samples having paid for delivery ( that's the catch)and later found that I had joined the Gin Club for £37 a month, difficult to cancel and could not stop the first delivery that I will need to send back at my expence. So beware of free offers !!

Visited the showroom, plenty options, got great advice, paid, very good price/value.
Arranged delivery, came as planned, driver phoned to say en route, helps me get the roll to an awkward place, top fella.
Grass superb quality.

It’s so difficult ordering grass online as the photos are always made to look perfect, and when it arrives that couldn’t be further from the truth! I was never t disappointed I brought 5 x4m roll of Antalya. I was very anxious cause it’s 30mm and thought it may be too thin. Absolutely best decision I could have made, it feels like you’re walking on a carpet, and delivery was only 3 working days. I’m over the moon ☺️

Average quality. Only half the order delivered which was to the wrong house streets away. I had to phone to get my money. Maybe it was bring your kids to work day. Avoid.

The seller Tuda Grass maliciously cancelled my order at the last minute to avoid Amazon's late delivery penalty. I have found multiple recent reviews showing they are systematically lying to customers about 13th-16th May delivery dates to scam people. Please avoid this rogue seller.
