Great service from tudagrass. Couldn't source similar composite boards locally so had to go online and found similar colour boards. Delivered to the Highlands, Inverness. Professional service, Couldn't fault it.

The seller Tuda Grass maliciously cancelled my order at the last minute to avoid Amazon's late delivery penalty. I have found multiple recent reviews showing they are systematically lying to customers about 13th-16th May delivery dates to scam people. Please avoid this rogue seller.

Cannot recommend Tuda grass enough. Easy to order great communication throughout. Delivery driver was so polite and helpful and received phone call the day before to check delivery time was ok . Ordered Calafornia grass , fixing tape and glue. All were five star quality at a good price.

Absolutely terrible experience ordered last Monday was supposed to be next day delivery phoned Thursday and they said it’s been lost in transit (how can you loose a 6x4 meter of astroturf) they then said they will send another on express delivery again (next day delivery) now 5 days since it’s been “sent” and still no sign or any further forward of where my grass is, they have now said it’s going to take 5 days for a refund absolutely shambolic company and customer service avoid at all costs.update after asking me to remove my bad review Now after 2 weeks they have said the grass has arrived on Thursday and signed for I didn’t receive it or sign for it it then appears on Saturday left lying in my car park, won’t be using this company again.

I would not recommend this composite decking company at all. Their customer service was very disappointing. When I called about returning 7 items out of my order of 67, they could not even find the correct order details in their system. They also told me there is only a 30 - day return policy. This is not a chair or a small item that can be checked in one day - it is a full garden project that depends on builders and installation timelines.

I paid around £1,500 for the full order, but because of their return policy and delivery charges, I will only receive around £100 back after paying £35 delivery costs. This is very frustrating considering it was only a small part of the order being returned. Today is 30th day so she still is going to add 20% off. Avoid , avoid, avoid. Company is a joke.

I would strongly recommend finding a local supplier instead, where you can discuss everything properly before buying and avoid these kinds of issues.

Great quality grass very compatible. The grass I bought was Monaco I think.

Communication about delivery is very poor, one driver arrived with a very heavy roll of artificial grass. I was at work since I had no idea when it was being delivered.
My partner needs a new hip so she couldnt help and the poor delivery driver spent at least 20 minutes struggling on his own to get the roll of grass into the garden.
All credit with the guy he persevered till he got it in even risking injury to do so.
He went the extra mile and should be commended for his efforts but communication needs to be improved in terms of delivery I would have happily taken the day off to accept delivery had I been given any info on when it was supposed to be here.

Products that I have had have been great. Customer service interaction is top notch. The products were easy to use and install and look great finished. My friends have been complimentary of the finished look so that makes me happy

Bought a cordless artificial grass sweeper. Works really really well lightweight and efficient. Delivery service was spot on. Would definitely buy from this company again.

The most wonderful company to deal with - from receiving a sample, placing the order, contacting customer services (as I needed to move the date of delivery), to the most wonderful delivery driver (Andy). The product itself is outstanding quality compared with composite product purchased from elsewhere beforehand. It was transported with the upmost care. I could not be happier. Had delivery of trims to finish an ongoing project, the colour they sent is nothing like all the other products that they supplied, yet they claim that they’re all anthracite grey. The first couple of products supplied were anthracite, last delivery they wares silver colour, they won’t accept their mistake at all. I’m very disappointed with their reaction with this, I thought they were a decent company!!
