From our initial inquiry to the completion of the job, the service provided by John was excellent. Great service and value
I have had many moves over the years and some mixed experience with removalists. Tuggerah Removals and Storage are a small operation, but right up there with service and attention to detail. Arranging the removal with John was seamless. Super impressive that he answered the phone late on a Saturday to organise pickup. Nothing was too hard and requested changes were accommodated immediately with no issues. The boys that came to move the furniture were simply awesome. Beau and Pat were both extremely friendly and helpful and took excellent care of some very old furniture. Communication was excellent with phone contact letting us know arrival times. They made a point of asking to see both of us to say goodbye.
I highly recommend this company as a result of a fantastic experience.

I Was able to get these removalists for emergency next day to move stuff into storage. It was quick and also affordable. They packed it into the storage unit really well too. If I could give 10 stars i would.

We will investigate the issues you mentioned - the organization and labeling of boxes, as well as any damage that may have occurred during the move. Please know that we strive for perfection in every move and it seems we fell short in this case.
Upon reviewing our original quote, it was based on your description during our conversation where you mentioned, "Majority of house contents are to go into the garage and a few items upstairs." We strive to align with our clients' instructions and expectations, and I sincerely regret if there was any miscommunication or if your instructions were not followed accurately during the move.
Just to be fair, you were moving a 4-bedroom house, with two households' worth of furniture, into a furnished 3-bedroom townhouse. There was no room left upstairs to maneuver, which undoubtedly made the process more challenging.
As for the blanket box, it was originally filled with books, which were removed and packed into book cartons at no charge to you. Additionally, a loose box of bottles filled with liquid contents was added and carefully packed in with loose clothes to protect them during the move.
I hope you will give us another chance to exceed your expectations in the future.
