Great Service at a reasonable price. Staff really helpful, friendly and accommodating.

Honest 1st class service. This was the first time I had used this Caravan Service Centre and they picked up on faults, some I knew about and some I didn't. The faults I knew about were minor which had been there for the past four years, but my previous Caravan Service Centre never mentioned then in past four years. In my view, if the faults that I did not know about had not been rectified on this occasion, my caravan would have developed serious water ingress damage.

Asked TCC to fit self-levelling system & air suspension to our motorhome. Later, also asked for new battery to be fitted. The process was efficient, the team a pleasure to deal with. The cost was not small but was as expected so we now have a good motorhome turned into an excellent one. Thanks to all at TCC.

Called about a problem with our campervan. Advised to call in by for further investigation. On arrival staff were expecting me and the issue detected and a fix advised. A competitive quotation followed. This was accepted and the van dropped of 2 days later. Expected to wait a week for the repair however the van was ready within 3 days. Excellent service, pleasant staff and professional workmanship. Happy to recommend Turriff Caravans and would not hesitate to seek their help again, if required.

We had been around the houses a bit over several months trying to find a company who could help us to get our cracked side window replaced. A friend then recommended Turriff Caravans and from the outset, they did everything they could to assist and have been able to solve the problem and we have got our van sorted out. They have kept us informed throughout the process of getting various other small repairs done as well and been so friendly and helpful at all times.

Put caravan in for a service first time of using Turriff Caravans for this service. Very slick and professional while being helpful and friendly. Report was emailed to me and was very detailed and clearly laid out. They repaired what they could and highlighted issues we were unaware of which will need further work. Very impressed with way everything was carried out.
