Visited TCC to discuss suspension upgrade options for our Campervan, following this we elected to get the VB semi-air comfort system fitted to the rear. Initially it was thought that we may have to wait sometime to get the work done due to a very full workshop schedule, fortunately for us the parts were available in stock and parts for other booked jobs had been delayed, so we got booked in the following week. The job took around 4 hours to complete. Thus far I am very pleased with the work and the system (although only driven it home, so not really tried it out properly). Throughout all staff we came into contact with were very professional, helpful, pleasant and customer focussed.

I have always had my caravan services carried out by Malcolm and his team i find them very friendly and easy to deal with if any issues arise they call explaining the problem and how to rectify it the quality of workmanship and nothing's a problem attitude easily earns them 5 Stars.

I had a faulty rear view camera on my motorhome and decided that I would like to upgrade the camera system for a better system. Got in touch with TCC reception who passed it on to Malcolm who got in touch to discuss things. We agreed on a nice replacement camera system. Malcolm ordered it. Once in stock, we arranged a day for the van to be taken in. The old system was stripped out completely and the new system installed. What a difference in video quality. It's like looking through a window compared to the old system. The process from the start of the job to the finish was made so easy by everyone I dealt with. Such a first class company with first class staff.

Travelled from Inverness to Turriff Caravan Centre to get a E&P Full Self Levelling System fitted to my caravan, from the first phone call to the demonstration of the system, what a thoroughly professional company, great communications, I would highly recommend TCC to all if needed, with no hesitation I will be back. Thanks Malcolm and all other staff at TCC.

I would thoroughly recommend Turriff Caravan Centre. Malcolm is very knowledgeable and explained all our options regarding upgrading the rear suspension on our campervan. Excellent service, all staff are really friendly and helpful. Well worth the long drive over!

There was an initial problem in that all the work requested was not completed due to a communication problem. I was surprised because of all the 5 star reviews previously given.
The really important thing to me was how the problem was subsequently dealt with, which I’m pleased to say they did really well.

Happy to recommend them and will return next time I need some more work done.

Our motorhome roof got damaged in a wee accident, and TCC carried out the repairs for us, outside and inside. What an awesome job they did. She looks like new. While it was there, we got a Service & MOT - all done in one visit. 🤩
