Customer service is excellent. Room is sparkling clean, property in great condition. Attention to safety etc. Definitely would recommend the services of Tutu and Giovanna properties.

Transparency and honesty is very important in business

This has nothing to do with a get rich quick scheme without the hard work. I did most of the hard work and suggesting, seems that I was the one managing the property. How does one report wrong figures every month?

I am not here to tarnish the image of your company, as you said very well we are all to take accountability. Figures were reported incorrectly every month and I wasn't going to just pretend that it's all perfect when I am still owed council tax money that was deducted from my deposit yet this was included in the payment schedules as paid. Be at peace too and be blessed

They charged me and my non-smoking friends for a burn mark we categorically did not make as well as pointless other damages such a scratch on a table that had a cover on it that we did not remove
