Being new to the world of Serviced Accommodation as an investor, I was a little unclear about the best location and realistic costs and target client group for my first SA. Having been one of Tutu and Giovanna's first Serviced Accommodation bespoke clients I was really impressed by their professionalism, knowledge of the market, honesty (when my perspective wasn't entirely realistic/achievable), and willingness to go above and beyond to ensure I was happy throughout the process. When we experienced curveballs along the way, they supported me through the process, stayed in touch, and kept me updated regularly. I really couldn’t have asked for anything more.
