Ordered a Tuxedo Sirius 16 which has been working well. A screw holder broke but they sent me a replacement part. I also ordered 2 fans and while shipping they sent me 2 right fans instead of 1 left and 1 right, after emailing them they sent me 1 left fan. So customer support has been pretty good, even though sometimes they make some mistakes while shipping but they fix those mistakes once we tell them.
My machine has been working well for about 1 year.

I'm a few days into using my new Sirius 16 AMD laptop, and thoroughly enjoying the experience so far. For work reasons I installed Debian Trixie with a realtime kernel (6.12.27), and made several tweaks to reduce latency, and minimize any problems with jitter, etc... The install was successful, and I got no nasty surprises from installing a "third party" linux distro.
The hardware is solid, and behaves as it should, quietly, and without problems (so far). The laptop has already traveled quite a few Kms, and i've had no problems, so far, with faults or failures.
I've also just received (in the last few days) my work computer, a powerful Tuxedo AMD workstation, and again, no problems outside of installing Debian Trixie, and making sure the firmware for the AMD graphics is up to date.
So far, so good, and the best start i've had buying new hardware and installing linux on it for quite some years, so Tuxedo get a thumbs up from me.

After 20 years outside the Linux ecosystem, and 25 years inside the Apple ecosystem, I wanted to get back into the world of FOSS and do some development work. I wasn’t interested in excessive tinkering to get a system to run just as I wanted, but equally I wasn’t expecting to get a turnkey solution like a MacBook Pro. During my research I stumbled across Tuxedo (and System 76) and thought it would be a good half way house.
Anyway, I pulled the trigger on an InfinityBook Pro 15 (Intel). The ordering process was smooth and my laptop dispatched about 10 days later. It was shipped by UPS who handled all the customs/VAT (shipped to the UK) with no delay in the delivery process. I thought Brexit might see it stuck in customs for weeks!
The laptop arrived, and what a revelation. My first linux experience was with kernel 0.99 back in 1993 and Mandrake later became my daily driver until about 2003 when I jumped shipped to OS X. Roll forward to 2025 and I cannot believe how polished the OS and UX has become. To quote Apple, “it just works”. I’m only 2 weeks in, but no kernel panics, crashed processes, or weird graphical glitches, and all wrapped up in a lovely piece of hardware.
I guess the real test is, “would you buy another one?”. Answer, “absolutely, in a heartbeat”. I just wish they made a 1U rack mount solution.

I ordered a laptop and docking station, had to wait a while, and then received the items configured as requested. Very nice quality products, good packaging, prompt shipping to The Netherlands.
I am very happy with the product, and Tuxedo support staff who kept me informed in order progress.
I am a returning customer!

I recently purchased a TUXEDO Stellaris 16 G6 laptop, and my experience has been nothing short of a nightmare. Right out of the box, the charger was defective, making the laptop completely unusable.
I immediately contacted TUXEDO support, explaining the issue and even testing the laptop with another charger to confirm that their provided charger was faulty. Despite my prompt responses, their replies were slow and frustratingly inconsistent—once per day at best—dragging out the entire process unnecessarily. I can’t imagine how many support tickets they must be dealing with to make responses this painfully slow, but it made a bad situation even worse. And when they did reply, their responses were often generic, unrelated, or barely made sense—I honestly can't tell if their staff doesn’t fully understand English or if they’re just ignoring what customers actually say.
After waiting for days with no real progress, I attempted to inspect the charger myself by cutting the cable, hoping to find a fix. This was a last resort, forced by their lack of urgency and poor communication. But when they finally responded, they refused to replace the charger, blaming me for the cut cable—completely ignoring the fact that it was defective from the start.
To make matters worse, I had to buy a new charger from them just to get my expensive laptop working. Instead of taking responsibility for sending a faulty product, they punished me for their failure. A replacement charger costs them next to nothing, yet they chose to prioritize a short-term sale over long-term customer trust.
This has been one of the most frustrating purchasing experiences I’ve ever had. TUXEDO Computers does not stand by their products or their customers. If you value timely support, competent service, and reliable hardware, stay far away from this company. I regret my purchase, and I cannot recommend them to anyone.
OK I will update my score to 4 stars just because the build quality on this machine is top notch along with the performance, although tuxedo need to improve their customer support as it's definitely lacking and creates frustration

First, I have to say that I was a bit antsy regarding buying from a smaller, little known brand. But that sure proved unnecessary. My order was handled with speed, shipping went well and the Laptop is of extremely good Quality. The price is well justified.
I just wish brands like Tuxedo that provide Linux computers could be found at the big box stores so that more people can get rid of the plain bad product that is Windows and that on top of that is collecting data over you and sharing it with parties you never heard of.
Keep it up Tuxedo Team! Macht weiter so!

My brand new Tuxedo Pulse 14 Gen 4 had an intermittent problem on second USB-C port from November 2024 that has become almost permanent. During Christmas time I sent the PC under warranty repair and they returned it back saying USB-C port worked fine but "to be on safe side mainboard exchanged". Unfortunately the issue was still there (I am testing it with two different monitors and cables). Last but not least the pc is now booting directly to Windows only. I tried re-installing the Grub with the Tuxedo WebFAI usb pen but an issue with the Ethernet connection triggered an error on the screen.
Update - 27/1/2025. Issue with USB-c port was presumably caused by not enough power supplied to the PC via the first external monitor (65w). Using the provided power charger (100w) the issue is much less frequent and can be apparently solved connecting and reconnecting cables multiple times.
Regarding the issue with Linux unable to boot anymore, the assistance provided me some quite tricky solutions like updating the BIOS that I didn't have time to try yet.
Update - 10/02/2025
I was able to boot again from Linux just forcing a different order in the booting order options in the BIOS settings. Magically original booting option was again visible after one restart and I was able to select it as first option before Windows
Update - 21/05/2025
The problem with external monitors via the USB-c port recurs again quite often. It is necessary to make several plug-outs and plug-ins by changing position with the power input to see some lucky improvement.
I tried with two different monitors, three cables and a docking station with similar results.
Update - 15/01/2025
I installed Ubuntu and discovered that booting the system into Windows first, then restarting and selecting Ubuntu (instead of Tuxedo OS), solved the problem. Windows likely has the proper drivers to support the external monitors, and Ubuntu is less aggressive than Tuxedo OS, so it preserves the display settings across reboots.
I later purchased a new Dell monitor (P2725DE), which can deliver power to the PC and pass the video signal to another monitor via a DisplayPort daisy‑chain. I now boot directly into Ubuntu. This partially resolves my issue and highlights a driver‑related problem with the unsupported screens in Tuxedo OS.

I had what I believe to be an intermittent problem with a usb-c port on a new Tuxedo laptop. After returning it they could not trigger the issue (which was not entirely unexpected) but offered to swap out the usb daughter board anyway. If the problem resurfaces when the laptop is returned then I will know it was (probably) a kernal problem at my end requiring a reinstallation. Really excellent, friendly, informative service. A great company to support with your business!

Bought a keyboard with a specific layout which customer service verified they would deliver the item how it's showed on their website. After delivery however they managed to send the same keyboard with a different layout. Will update this review depending on how my issue will be resolved.
Update: took them 2 months to recognize they don't have the keyboard they are selling and I'm left empy handed. Avoid this company at all cost!
Tuxedo answered all questions effectually; only that it took some days to receive the answers. Otherwise, no complaints. All past inquiries have been answered to my satisfaction.

Upon deciding going over to a Linux system I came across Tuxedo. One of the things that was great is that with some of their laptops you can easily upgrade both RAM and SSD, and changing the battery is hassle-free, if one should need to. I bought the InfinityBook Pro 15 Gen 9 and couldn't be happier. The design of the laptop is really nice and I was surprised to see that it looks better than on their photos on the website. Another major thing about Tuxedo is their customer service. When my laptop was ready to be shipped I got a message that none of their standard services ship to my location. However they were able to find a solution and make an exception for me by shipping the laptop with DHL Express, and even covering the shipping costs! When I first received the message from them that none of their postal services are able to ship the package to my address I thought that they will cancel my order. So was was amazed when I found out that the laptop will soon be in my hands. Not many companies would go to such lengths. I'm really thankful to the team at Tuxedo and can recommend them to anyone who is looking to purchase a new computer!
Super handling of the problem I had with my laptop. Very professional team at Tuxedo Computers. And they were quick too.

After much careful searching the net for a Linux laptop, I chose Tuxedo simply because they offered better value. Upon receiving the assembled laptop, I was pleasantly surprised by the quality and performance. Tuxedo OS also proved clean, efficient and easy to use. Unfortunately, I had some problems with the laptop which were immediately dealt with under Tuxedo warranty program. My daughter had need of a laptop, seemed like a good time to upgrade mine, so I ordered a another laptop from Tuxedo, and again quality and performance is excellent. However recently the internal speakers stopped working, but strangely only for couple of weeks, then all worked fine again. Tuxedo highly recommended I return it while its still under warranty so they could check everything. Laptop returned to me today, they have fully serviced it, replaced the underside panels which were scratched, cleaned everything so its now like new, sound is hugely improved, they must have upgraded all free of charge and under warranty
Service does not get much better than this
Highly recommended

I bought a laptop from Tuxedo because I was impressed by their policy on accessibility and durability. I have to say, not only are their products really good, but they also have excellent customer service. I had an issue with a key making a squeaky noise. They fixed it for free and very quickly, while also keeping me informed throughout the process.

I've had my laptop for several months now and have nothing but good things to say. The hardware is top notch, much better than pretty much any mainstream hardware manufacturer I can think off. Build quality is excellent. Specs are excellent, very well worth the price. I love the fact that it's repairable (to an extent) and they're very transparent with how everything is done, and how it works, so that you can service things yourself.
I don't think these are laptops for people who have never used Linux before. Linux is still Linux. But if you've suffered with other laptops and hardware which was never quite properly supported under Linux, you'll be finally home with Tuxedo.

Copying my post from Reddit:
I have a Dell G5587 laptop and a Tuxedo Infinity Book Pro 14 order 11220192471122019247. If you think that I would have a greater experience with a Linux dedicated manufacturer, then you are mistaken.
I have had issues surrounding the Tuxedo OS (which I needed to customize, as it is so tiny for the screen size to around 150% scaling and increase tile size), where my preference in the profile section of TUXEDO Control Center are not remembered the next time I login, bad monitor scalling, repeated audio issues where I had to replace internal components that were shipped by Tuxedo, I had my battery changed by Tuxedo, as it had issues as well. For there part, Tuxedo has eventually solved these issues partly and offered to help; which however generally entails sending them the laptop, which I need to use for my daily activities, so it is not really the most practical solution, although I understand it sometimes cannot be done differently.
My troubles with Tuxedo seemingly confirm to my family, that Linux is unready for the mainstream, despite my Dell G5587 with Fedora doing its job exceptionally.
My last straw come in the form of todays reboot. It says "no memory" and to "press any key" after the reboot. Support suggested downgrading kernel version which worked, albeit with weird 1280 x 1024 scaling.
If you are in the shoes of somebody looking for a laptop, be aware that Tuxedo might be a far cry from smooth sailing and you can sometimes feel more like a software tester, than an actual customer; never thought I would actually regret this purchase.
Edit: "no memory" issue fixed after version downgrading and clicking update to a new version of Plasma, after restart, it lives to fight another day.
Ordered a desktop computer from Tuxedo. Ordered on a Sunday, they started building it on Monday and shipped on Friday. I received it on the following Monday. They are in Germany and I'm in Arizona, USA. Impressive service!
Computer hardware and shipping was in perfect shape. Attention to detail was good. Their version of Tuxedo OS on the computer is great. I'm using it as my daily driver instead of Linux Mint.
Price for the computer was reasonable. They did charge for shipping, but used a premium service so no complaints.
All in all I'm a satisfied customer.

This is the first Linux laptop I have purchased, prior to installing Linux distro's with a Windows laptop in a dual-boot setup.
There were some issues after upgrading to OS3.0 and having a repair but the support in resolving these issues alleviating the need to send in the laptop again and working with the support team to try and test different things is first class.
Even with these issues moving to Linux is the best and most invigorating thing I have done along with learning Cyber Security.

Tuxedo Infinity... 5-star Review - Highly Recommend
I've been using my Tuxedo Infinity laptop for the past 6 months. Initially, I was interested in a laptop with Linux Mint. However, after discussing my requirements with Tuxedo staff, they convinced me that their operating system with KDE Plasma is highly customizable and would be suitable for my needs.
I opted for the 32GB RAM and 1TB specification machine, and it has proven to be extremely fast and great for multitasking. It is also very slim and lightweight, with metal chassis, feels/looks good quality. To date, this is the best laptop I have owned, and considering I have owned many over a period of 14 years, that really says something!
I must say, their advice was spot on. Tuxedo OS 2 with KDE Plasma is an awesome configuration. I'm also thoroughly impressed with the build quality of the laptop. Furthermore, Tuxedo's customer service has been fantastic. Their email replies are detailed and very helpful, and throughout the sales process, they kept me informed every step of the way. Their customer service is second to none, and they have delivered in all areas. I couldn't find anything noteworthy to fault them on, hence my 5-star review.
I highly recommend Tuxedo for those seeking a solid Linux laptop with great customer service.
Many thanks to the Tuxedo crew especially Tizian Ries and Olaf Hamm, you guys have been a great help, please keep up the fantastic work! 😊
