I called youtube tv numerous times and I got hung up numerous times I wasn't for sure how to cancel the subscription and I wanted my money back the money that youtube tv took was for rent that is due I talked to a guy he claimed to be the supervisor anyways he acted strange he wanted to know my cash app so some how he did something to my lock settings in my cash app I questioned why he needed my cash app for since the youtube tv was paid for on my exes chime card I was hit by a vehicle I have traumatic brain Injury 2 types of seizures and lost most of my senses and I almost died and I do want a refund put back on my exes card her name is Victoria Turner and my name is Troy wiegand

Cant open tv shows on app

Cant open tv shows on app, had this previously was able to uninstall and then install app and it worked, not this time so looking at getting a different tv app customer service is terrible

youtube TV scam

I Started the service and canceled the same day. I was later billed $83.99. I received a confirmation that my cancelation was accepted. they charged me any way. there is no way to contact anyone by phone. tried to use the online help center but you get the run around. I contacted 844-200-3599 and got very rude treatment. they but me on hold and hung up twice. this is a major company someone needs to do somehting about this illegal practice

Beware of the Free 30 day trial - it is not Free

Youtube TV offers free trial for 30 days. Beware if you sign up for it, you will be charged even if you cancel within a couple of days. that is what they did to us, I canceled within 3 days , they sent me a confirmation of the cancellation and still charged me the monthly fee of $62 something. There was no way to get a refund back even trying to dispute through our credit card.

A Couple Issues

When fast forwarding the app freezes and the dreaded spinning circle just keeps spinning and spinning.
The “home” screen is very clunky and can be confusing.

Free trial started… cancelled 1wk later but still got charged for the whole month

I started the 3 weeks free trial… last NFL season… and I cancelled my subscription 1 week later… but I was still charged for the month… I even had an email telling me that I cancelled my account… but when I called to try and get my money back I was told that a investigation was going to take place… I told them about my email but they got back to me telling me that I’m basically screwed… they never even asked to see the email… I’ll stick with Hulu Live

Just crap help and support no phone number to talk to anyone waste of money. My bank tx me fraud alerts and cancelled my bank card an account. Give youtube the number I used to contact them they don't use a phone number. No one a youtube is interested and is that all I can help you with bye. Fu#k off is that it cancelled contract won't use again some scam going on and no one can help stay clear of youtube only easy to use when there taking your money. I never such pore help and support pure crap don't use stay well clear

Worst customer service ever. Can't cancel Sunday Ticket

I first subscribed to Sunday Ticket in may of 2023. The TV picture froze every few seconds. After talking to 6 YouTube techs without success, I tried to cancel my subscription. Could not do it any way. Now the are renewing the charge and I still can't find a way to cancel,even with the tutorials. No telephone number also. Worst website and customer service ever. Had to tell my credit card company to deny payment. Probably will have to do that again next year.

Youtube TV requires you sign in from your home location on some periodicity. My IP provider (Brightspeed) uses roving IP locations none of which are my home address. Youtube TV locks me out because I have not logged in from my home address. They can fix this problem for an extra $50

Don’t subscribe!

They have locked me out of my account for but being able to verify who I am. I am the same person that has paid for their streaming person for a year and a half. Customer service is worthless, their form to fill out is worthless, their supervisors are worthless… don’t subscribe they are just as bad as all the other cable providers.

Disappointed the way long-term customers are treated

I have been a long time customer of youtubetv. (since it started) I thought I had ordered NFL Sunday ticket, but it did not show up on my account (I thought it would be billed on my next statement.) When I didn't see the charge, I checked my bank account and it wasn't deducted from their either. I contacted customer support (for the first time) and explained the situation. There was a $100 off promo if you ordered NFL Sunday Ticket by May 16. It was my error, I should have verified sooner, but they were not even willing to assist with giving me the $100 off. Just "NO". Very disappointing that a business treats long-term customers this way.

We cannot remove shows we have watched. We also get all kinds of junk recommendations that make it hard to find things we have recorded. There should be a "trash" option to get rid of unwanted shows in the "Library" section. The subscriber should determine what is on the personal You-tube site.

I hate there is not a 800 number live agent to speak with this company been around long enough and should have an agent to speak with. I accidentally selected 4k and I can not remove it my plan went from 64.00 to 70.00 now it is 90.00 dollars and I want to downgrade but I tried all of the prompts and no success .If you are an elderly person and not computer savvy this is not for you.I was with Comcast for 13 years and it got to 400 a month for limited channels so I was very excited to get yttv for 64 dollars but I'm considering leaving yttv because I need an agent

I switched to YouTube TV and save about…

I switched to YouTube TV and save about $600 a year. I've had it for about 6 months now. It's great. I don't watch much traditional television, ironically because I watch mostly YouTube, but the picture quality is much better than Armstrong cable (1080 vs 720) and I can watch TV and DVR shows from my phone.

i enjoy watching you tube tv. and the channels they offer. i watch every day. my only problem with this network is the commercials, from morning till night, all you see is depressing, negative, constant pharmaceutical company's. it never stops. i would love to see something much more positive on a daily, rather than.

You tube tv I hope you get it together I’m tired of putting the guide on to find nothing listed seems the top notch service was only when you needed the clientele and like every other provider service starts to be sketchy, you really don’t want to start letting your customers down with bad service and excuses. Not hard to spend money with another provider even if it more money
