Put money in account went back to log in and Apperently they drained all the money for a inactivity...wont ever bet with them again...also trying to get money back from them was a huge pain...would not recommend

Unfortunately we are unable to hold onto your funds indefinitely, so we do start charging $2 inactivity fees each month after 6 months of non use. You can avoid these fees by withdrawing your funds when taking a break, or placing at least one wager (for as little as 10¢) every 6 months. This is listed in our terms and conditions, but I apologize for any confusion.

Perloff had no idea GP was installing tapeta course. Tell him to read any basic Horse racing site for last 2 weeks...DRF, Bloodhorse, etc....also: Rich had no idea jockeys changed on races at Parx today. Have him get a fax from parx on any updates.

I wasn't happy with your Derby promo. Said my win bet was risk free, I signed up a few days early made a few bets to get use to the process. Made 2 dollar bets, then the derby came along I bet a 100 dollars on a horse to win in the derby assuming it was risk free, only to be disappointed. I should have joined twin spires. I guess. Contacted customer service, they explained I'm out of luck.i would never bet 100 dollars on a single horse, unless risk free.
I would like to acknowledge TvG contacted me and after this post and showed their concern with my issue. It was very insuring what was discussed, and what had transpired. I was very surprised how TVG contacted me very quickly and rectified this issue. It is quite obvious TVG was the right betting platform for me. Thanks TVG, I am a fan, and will continue to use the services u provide.

Unable to collect winnings.
TVG took my bets with a MasterCard Debit card. They say they can’t pay me my winnings on the same card. It has to be a Visa... this makes no sense. I tried getting the money sent by check and all they have is my physical address, where I can’t get mail. I live in the country and have a PO Box. This is extremely upsetting!!!
Give me what I have won!!!

Can't withdraw winnings from account
Updating last review: I was able to finally withdraw from my account. What would be helpful is if the website informed the user that the tag debit card would take time to process.
Placing bets on TVG is quite easy, the difficulty occurs when you try to collect your winnings. I got a tvg prepaid Discover card in order to collect my winnings. I was able to activate the card through the credit card company and of course it has a zero balance. When I try to use the card on the account the TVG app will not let me add the card without making a deposit. If I try to withdraw funds I can't because the card has not been added to the account. Hopefully someone at TVG will see this and the other emails I've sent them and call me to help. The customer service links suck and are almost insulting.

Used to be good; Now poor!
Experiencd many issues trying to sign on to my account. Email and chat support trying to reset were worthless. Spent about 1.5 hours troubleshooting. Also my balance was reported as zero in one place and $1.50 in another. No longer can you view live streaming of races at website. No phone tech support. They use Covid as an excuse. I strongly recommend XpressBet instead. They have really improved in recent years and now have a very comprehensive and user friendly website.
