My wife subscribed to a monthly…

My wife subscribed to a monthly subscription. However whilst "my membership" shows an Active subscription, evertime I try to start a channel/programme, the pop-up "subscription required" juat keeps repeating itself, very frustrating!. Have trued via web en tvmucho app, same result

Living in Cyprus not easy

Living in Cyprus not easy, or, cheap to get programs from UK. I would be lost without TVmucho, especially in the winter. Would and have recommend it to anyone living outside UK. 👍🏻

I like it

I like it. I like it a lot. In fact, I love it. But it works better on certain TV's which oddly enough, the newest TV it is very slow. However, both smart TV's, it works better on which are five years older. Works amazing on tablets.

Payment method.

First i receive about 20 e-mails regarding payment on my account for no reason. Today i cannot log in becouse i have to update my payment method. WHY. Tried to contact Mucho on Chat. No luck, and even the "message us" button does not seem to work. Im hanging on to my money untill i find out whats going on.

Feedback upgraded based on a positive response from TV Mucho

I originally gave a less positive review, based on a specific experience which I had with TV Mucho. I am revising it now to give them upgraded feedback - based on the positive follow-up which they provided, in response to my complaint and concerns.

The customer service manager (Rich) reached out to me personally, on the back of my negative experience and did so in a constructive manner. I got an apology for the experience (which is always appreciated) and an assurance that things will improve.

He has engaged with me positively and proactively to assure me that the original issues raised would be resolved going forward. And that my previous experience with a customer service agent would not be repeated.

On that basis therefore I am - for now - revising my original feedback accordingly.

We constantly get good service response particularly from John but unfortunately TVMuvho cannot support the number of users, it freezes, shows pictures of satellite - but why it should all be fibre or adsorption - who ever would use satellite from Uzk Chanel’s now.. it is not possible in France or Spain for continuous service.
