Simple and straightforward
Simple, straightforward process. Very helpful lady dealt with my request for a large skip and was very thorough when asked questions. Life is complicated enough so it was good to be able to deal with someone who dealt so efficiently with me.

We are sorry to hear you weren't happy on this occasion.
I believe our team have reached out to you to see if we can assist with a Man & Van service rather than a Skip, which is more suitable for the waste you are disposing of. Hopefully this will be more suitable for you should you wish to go ahead.
I don't believe this review is personal to us as a company, as unfortunately what we accept in skips is the same as all skip companies. There have been changes implemented by the government which we do legally have to follow.
Saying this, we have taken your feedback on board and will dig deeper into checking with customers if they will be disposing of restricted items to prevent this happening again.
I hope we get a chance to assist with your waste disposal and can show you we are definitely worth more than 1 star :)

Very poor timings if you run a company get them in days before your start date
To be totally honest I would not use the company again. I run a company and go through a lot of skips, I needed am delivery as I was supposed to be on another job the next day, called a few times and was told it would be there soon. Skip was delivered at 4pm so I had to re arrange a load of jobs and put back. Changed the collection date to the day after due to being put back and the skip was not collected that day resulting in the customer being unable to charge his electric car. Not very good for time scales and I defiantly won't use again for my buisness

The girls in the office are AMAZING and always looking after us. They're always looking for the best deals to support us with our needs. I think we may be on skip 6 in about 2 months and there will be more to come! Delivery is always suitable and at their earliest convenience too.

Excellent, super efficient service. From the very first enquiry the staff were friendly, understanding and helpful. The advice I was given was absolutely spot on and my unwanted items from a major clear out were removed quickly and at the arranged time for an extremely reasonable price. I highly recommend this company!
