The woman I talked to was most friendly, caring , and fixed my issue in just a minute or two. The Wellness Company has been a game changer . The Wellness Company’s excellent customer service…
The Wellness Company’s customer service rep bent over backward to rectify my delivery issue. We live in Eastern Tennessee and are having a very hot summer. Unfortunately, I ordered medication and UPS delivered it to our front porch where it sat in the hot sun for hours. Needless to say, the medicine was ruined. Monica took care of contacting the pharmacy source and assured me I’ll receive a replacement when the weather gets a little cooler. Thank you for your seamless service. It means a lot these days.

Excellent customer service from Yam
I spoke to Yam to replenish my urgent care kit because I received an error when placing the order online. Yam was very helpful and patient. She walked me through the process, step by step. I was always happy with the Wellness…
I was always happy with the Wellness Co. I recently had surgery and stopped my protocol I had been taking for over a year. My problem resolved quickly
Had a problem with my order, which was all my fault when I placed the order. Called TWC help phone number -- Justine answered the phone. She talked to the right people at TWC and resolved my problem and my shipment is already on the way. She even called me back exactly like she said she would, along with emails. All done very quickly. From the first inquiry each call was handled professionally and thorough with questions answered. Medical staff were excellent and asked health questions diving more into my overall health which was appreciated. In other words they care. Follow-up was timely to ensure overall satisfaction. I ordered methylene blue and had trouble with taking it. So I stopped but forgot to cancel the subscription. I got a notice that another order was in process and asked to have it stopped. TWC took care of it and refunded my money. No hassels.
