Product arrived and it looks second hand. Frame not assembled correctly and paint scratches. Have emailed them twice with no response. Lame.

The item l purchased was refunded without a lot of communication.
By all accounts, it must have been out of stock, however l was not offered an alternative at all.

I purchased an item that was listed as in stock. It was a gift for a young lady. But instead of receiving the goods, after 2 weeks I just got a notification that my payment has been refunded. After having to ask for a reason, I was told the items wasn’t in stock. I should have been notified much earlier because it then didn’t leave me with enough time to source it from somewhere else. Not happy.
