Scam. Never received the gloves I ordered or any response to multiple inquiries I sent.

Ordered a headguard beginning of Dec 2022, Still hasn't arrived. Emailed in Jan and Feb to which i was told they would refund 10% and send staright away. No refund given and still not received head guard and not replied to me since. Looks like its happened to a lot of people reading other reviews!!!!!

Ordered shin pads in November and still haven't received them

i m glad i have ordered just one pair.. not more.. :( but it still sucks.

29/11/2022 placed an order for 10oz gloves (weren't in stock in the UK, hence using this so-called company), and requested updates throughout December / January / February and despite having an initial apology and '10% refund' which didn't occur, still no gloves or further communication.
I seriously believed that they were legitimate and feel very foolish now. I've lost the money paid to them and I've also had to now purchase the same gloves in the UK.

Total scam orderd in October blobbed me off since early January spent 218 pound, spoke to real twins and they've been in legal battle with this scam of a company for a few years. DO NOT ORDER!!!!!!!

Ordered a couple of items waited 3 months, they replied to my e mails once or twice then ghosted me. The worst purchase of my life total scams DISCLAIMER!! Read reviews before you buy, a good life lesson i learned today, fuuck that website they can go fuuck themselves scamming fuccks !!!!

Ordered a bunch of stuff and never received it.
They will give you an confirmation of your order (looks legit on first sight).
They also answered to my mail regarding further information about shipping. But since then nothing happend.

I got scammed 4 months ago. I've ordered shin guards and never received them.

Scam. They won't send any wares, and when contacting customer service you will only get a standard reply sying something like "I apologize- it seems there has been a further delay with your order". When asking for a refund the same happens, they only reply that the refund wil take up to ten days, but nothing happens.

This is a scam, don't buy anything from this website. If you will try to ask for refund if tried buying, they will just either reply and say some nonsense, or not even reply. Go to twins special instead, they are the actual site from Thailand, that are also trying to shut them down and to not scam anymore people in the future.
