Seller blocked me on eBay for absolutely no reason at all after I asked a few questions about the item even though I assured him I was definitely going to purchase. Absolutely terrible customer service. I was forced to check out as guest so I wasn't able to leave negative feedback. I reached out to eBay support and the person I spoke to read the chat log and they even said he had no reason to block me. I tried to reach out on Instagram and was ignored. Quite childish of you ask me. I regularly buy surplus and would have been a great customer to have on board. Avoid this one. Seems to have a chip on his shoulder. 👎

Item arrived fast and was in perfect condition which is the reason I gave 2 stars otherwise would have been zero.

Purchased an item through their Ebay store and was initially surprised as the products seemed to be brand new. After finally coming to use part of the purchase I have found the product has a defect that prevents the product being used for its intended purpose. Therefore being in breach of the consumer rights act.

Seller incorrectly lists the items as genuine when they are Chinese counterfeit.

After trying to communicate with the seller I have received no response to multiple emails, I have now had to raise a claim through my bank.

Avoid purchasing from this retailer unless you are happy receiving cheap knock off and receiving no response.
