I was initially confused when my welcome discount was in euros. We live in Canada and therefore would be purchasing in USD. Sanne was patient with me and eventually the purchase was completed with the equivalent USD discount applied. Great service!

I purchased a TW Steel Volante svs 206 through a UK jeweller which arrived yesterday and to say that i'm over the moon with it would be an understatement. A big thank you must go to Sanne in customer services, he kept me updated constantly on the shipping of my watch and managed to push things along so i could get it quicker. This is THE best watch that i've ever owned.

Very pleased in general. I've bought three watches up to now. The first one I bought last summer, so I can't say much about the quality at the long term right now. But when I look at the reviews the quality is really outstanding and are also my thoughts right now. So very happy with my purchases also based on great customer service, quick delivery and clear communication. Of course I recommend TW Steel watches!

Nice looking watch but my quartz canteen stopped working after four years and out of warranty.
Would have expected a watch of this quality to have lasted a lot longer.
Bit disappointing as it was a retirement gift.

Great customerservice! As I was looking for a replacement strap for my limited edition TW Steel, they were more than helpful to assist me as the dedicated strap was not available anymore. Very kind, polite and with dedicated service I was assisted by their customer service rep. All the credits for them, I will remain a loyal customer!

Had to have new seal put into my watch as was misting up, local watch repairer could not source a seal. Sent the watch off to TW Steel and seal was replaced and came back nicely packaged. They kept me up to date with what was happening, appreciate they were busy but that's the reason for four stars (and not 5!) as it did take a few months for the watch to be returned. Apart from that, lovely service from Tess!

The crown of my TW Steel watch broke and I contacted customer service. I immediately received a FedEx pick-up note whereupon I sent the watch to the manufacturer. I was repaired under warranty and when it was finished, I was in a different country than my domicile, but no problem - it was sent overnight to me there. All the way a very pleasant dialogue with Sophie Meijer from customer service.

My favourite watch stopped working and the local repairer said it can't be fixed. I tried the local authorised dealer, but they also said they can't get the parts. After contacting TW Steel directly, they organised to ship it, repair it and ship it back to me with no charges. The after-sales service directly from the factory was first class. If you are considering a TW Steel watch I wouldn't hesitate.

Communication to and from was excellent they cannot be faulted.
They sent myself a quote for me to decide on.
Once I decided to go ahead a return label was generated and the whole process was was dealt quickly and professionally.
I would recommend them to anyone.

After a small technical issue with my watch TW Steel fixed the problem quickly under warranty. Communication was adequate & friendly: I had my watch returned to me in no time and repaired without hassle. Very happy with my VS100 and TW Steel!

My TW Steel Watch Strap which was purchased on the 01st December 2024 from TW Steel Europe B.V snapped. I emailed them on the 15th July 2025 with photographs of the watch strap, original receipt and history of the watch.
Within 24 hours I was contacted by Sophie Meijer who informed me that a new watch strap had been dispatched to me.
I found Sophie Meijer’s customer service very prompt and extremely professional and have no hesitation in recommending this company to TW Steel owners.

Their customer service is fantastic. After taking delivery of a new strap that failed in a week, they already have a replacement on its way to me. Hope this one is better quality.
