Great site for finding individual pencils
TXT is the only site where I can find my favorite pencils (Prismacolor) individually, as well as other brands that I own. In addition, delivery is fast and the merchandise is well packaged.

Too expensive
Too expensive. Tracking didn’t work. €7 for shipping is way too much and almost 3 weeks for shipping is crazy. Never again. Yeah I’m from another dimension btw. I couldn’t even find the tracking but all right bro good luck.

3 weeks, Greta? This order was placed on 29 December, was shipped on 30 December, and was delivered on 09 January. That's about 1.5 weeks during the peak period, and only 8 working days, which is actually normal to Italy. The price of shipping is known before the purchase is made; you are not forced to purchase anything: why purchase if it's too expensive? The tracking link works just fine, and it works for all our other customers somehow. If you would have contacted us before leaving your review, perhaps we could have helped by advising you that you are quite possibly living in another dimension. Edit: the tracking info is in the order confirmation email, sent out with every order. If you can't find it, check your spam folder.
