the open stock Prismas were not in good condition
the Prismas were not in good condition, but the fact was sending them back would have been a farce, and I decided it wasn't worth the hassle. I just won't buy any more.

My sincerest apologies for the inadequate condition of the items. We have sent replacement units out, and you can keep the first ones too. Please note we do not require our customers to return low-value items if those items are damaged or faulty -- we will either refund the items or issue replacement items, both without the need for a return. It is hard to find open stock Prisma pencils. I was pleased to find them at TXT and delighted that they had on stock the 2 new colours.

Prismacolour, premier coloured pencils
These pencils are so hard to acquire individually, quick and easy transaction, prompt delivery, well packaged! Hopefully they will get a bigger range of colours. Would recommend!

Worth the wait!
This is the second time I’ve bought something from TXT LTD and what can I say? It’s great! I don’t know how they manage to sell their art supplies at such a discount but I’m not complaining.
The one thing I would emphasise is the shipping process takes (at least for me in the UK) a week and a half roughly, so be warned if you’re buying something for a project. I don’t mind necessarily because of the price, and because it’s the only place I can see that sells individual prismacolours in the UK/EU online.
