Typeform is a scam

First of all, they want your data. Even viewing their product requires your information and consent to data sharing. If you go through with this, Typeform will allow you to create your survey, and only when you’ve finished will they tell you that you need to pay in order to use it for anything. Typeform is a ploy to get your data and money and a huge time sink. Avoid Typeform!!!

Terrible experience and unprofessional company

We have been using the typeform free plan for over a year and when we started using typeform they claimed that the free plan includes up to 100 responses per month, however, suddenly 2 months ago and without any notice they reduced drastically this limit to only 10 responses per month !! They even closed my form after I reached 10 responses to force me to upgrade! What type of company is this?
Better using Google forms for free unlimited response rather using this joke company.

Typeform loves scammers

Scammers use Typeform to get information. Contacted them to have them removed. Got a very quick response that they are aware of this scam. Checked a week later, form is still online ... Guess the scammer is a paying customer so why remove him.
Would never make business with a company that makes business with scammers or is unable to remove fraudulent content ASAP.

signed up for a subscription and used…

signed up for a subscription and used it once. After a year of not using this website and not building a single form, they charged my card again for $420.00 and would not refund my card because they said I didn't cancel my subscription. I then cancelled via email and they just charged my card again for $420.00 a year later. Complete B.S. and a terrible website. Do not sign up for this.

Extremely bad experience

I was using their free plan to run surveys sent to our users regularly. Suddenly they changed the free plan and gave me a 1-week notice. Now I'm unprepared and my surveys are going to stop working unless I upgrade to a paid plan.
This is a very bad practice for trying to get people to upgrade. I would understand if I would expect at least a few weeks' notice.
DO NOT use their free plan as you may find yourself dependent on them and then they change the plan at any moment with short notice.

Nothing but issues trying to cancel. Wouldn't Recommend.

Like many other reviews, we have tried cancelling two years in a row and was charged as auto-enrolled. Got into an argument match over email with their CS team. The CS team is insanely unprofessional.

They lay low, give no support, charge you annually, and then berate you when you try to leave.

I will never work with them again, nor would I ever ever recommend them to anyone.

I tried to cancel my subscription since…

I tried to cancel my subscription since March. Everytime I chose to downgrade my plan, page crushed; and customer support didnt reply my request also. Was charged again on April, and still waiting for customer support.

Sneaky pricing. Feel like I just got scammed ...

Good platform, but I was not told about the ten response limit. I sent out a Typeform in an email to many people. Now I have to pay £30 for 100 responses to keep it live (I need 10 more) ... I feel like they're up selling it after I'm dependent on their product and forced to buy more responses... I wish this was clearer.

In two days nobody responded to my request for assistance...

I'll never go anywhere near Typeform and at every possible chance bring up how bad this is.

Sneaky fees

Not warned in advance of fees if your form gets over 10 responses. Ok I get paying for a service but £30 for 100 responses????? Daylight robbery the website is so so basic. It was too late I had sent the form out to over 100 people so had to pay.

Worst possible customerservice ever

Worst possible customer service eve
I have been customer for 3 years.
A year ago i wrote them to stop my subscription, the customer service team, suddenly ignored my ticket. Now they pulled another year, i wrote them again, and they reply that 1 day after renewal period, that i have to pay for another year. I could pay for a month, a quarter or whatever... No another year is the minimum option.

I have been using typeform as a…

I have been using typeform as a customer sign up form for my small online business for almost 5 years. WITHOUT NOTICE, typeform has limited the number of responses for my entire account to a measly 10 users which means a huge drop in sign ups and sales for my small business. I am in the process of having to re-write all my website and take out any reference to where these forms were used which was unplanned but an emergency. Will not be using Typeform again.

Dont be evil... Its evil to not tell up front clearly, that there is a limit of 10 responses. You waste everyone's time when you sent it out to 100 only to be closed after 10 responses.
