I bought a lifetime license under the impression that I was done with monthly subscriptions, but TypingMind has mastered the art of hidden costs. The so-called "included cloud sync" is restricted to a pathetic 10MB. For an app designed to sync your entire chat history, agents, and data, you hit that limit almost instantly.

Once you exceed those 10MB, you are pushed toward a subscription of $10 per month for just 1GB of storage. This is more expensive than most full AI subscriptions and feels like pure extortion after already paying a premium for a "lifetime" product.

To make matters worse, the alternative sync options (Google Drive, S3, or local sync) are unreliable on Vivaldi and Android. Sync buttons constantly disappear, and data often fails to move between devices. It feels as if these features are intentionally left buggy to force you into their overpriced cloud service.

Don't be fooled: the lifetime license is just a shell. If you actually want to use the app across multiple devices without constant headaches, you’ll end up paying every month anyway. A total rip-off and a massive disappointment.

excellent LLM wrapper, and they keep adding useful features all the time, super happy. That's where I spend my time in, not chatgpt or claude apps. Keep doing what you're doing guys

Typingmind is a great, easy to use platform. It's early days, and I'm continuing to learn more about its integrations with other platforms, such as n8n and others

Excllent and very helpful

as a power user of ai the agent mode has really help dont do coding but do alot of financial analysis and needed a high power toll with low limit and as of today there is not one tool that can do what typingmind do at the consumer level it is just awesome

having some problems using my key from the outside apps, but otherwise it's working okay.

Great product. Only thing it needs is conversational voice mode. Text to speech is nice, but conversational voice mode is still needed.

It's great! Saving prompts, adding plugins and building agents. I love it.
The only thing I'm missing is a decent memory.

I love Typing Mind. One of the best purchases I have made. There is not one single LLM I use, I use Chatgpt for some tasks, Claude for others, and Gemini for others. With TypingMind I don't have to pay a monthly subscription for all of them. I can use the latest models with an pay as you go API. I can even create my own Custom GPT's and AI agents. Works with Gemini 3 Pro too.
