Avoid this garage at all costs

Avoid this garage at all costs.

Extremely unprofessional service - shouting and swearing directed at me on phone out of frustration that they didn’t know how to fix my car. I was then asked to “hold the line” which I then proceeded to overhear the man on the phone moaning and swearing about me and my car to other staff! In the end I was told they were “bailing out” and refusing to complete any more work on my car.

Craig from Tyre King Long Eaton…. What a guy! I can’t thank him enough for helping me today. Other places weren’t helpful in the slightest and within 15 mins he had reassured me and sorted the issue. What a legend! Would Highly Recommend!

Fixed my exhaust well helpful guy…

I was booked in for Mark (the MOT tester) to fix my exhaust today,(needed a bit of welding) he had it all done & MOT compliant in what seemed like no time at all 👍
He was polite,knowledgeable and helpful. Thoroughly nice guy
I can't fault the place as I was in and out before I knew it!
Elaine in reception was just as efficient, and surprised me with the invoice, as it was a lot LESS than i expected! 😊 Happy days☺️☺️☺️

Booked an MOT at Tyre King Burton on…

Booked an MOT at Tyre King Burton on line.
Received an email saying welcome to tyre King and the booking confirmation email.
Arrived for my MOT to be told I wasn't booked in, despite the confirmation.
Apparently they're crap website doesn't update correctly.
Of course no mention of that on the site!
So no mot and I've got to book in somewhere else, on another day.
Well done tyre king for being a complete waste of time.
Perhaps it's time you removed the word King from your name, cos your clearly NOT!

Once again a massive thank you to Tyre…

Once again a massive thank you to Tyre King Coalville. Needed two new tyres on my transit van, drop it off at 9.15am went for coffee came back all done. Great service, team all professional and very friendly especially to my puppy i had to take with me. Sometimes in garages as a girl you can feel uncomfortable but I definitely don’t with these guys.

Fantastic service from Tyre King. From enquiry, and ordering, through to completion within less than 4 hours. Couldn't ask for more!
Greeted by and dealt with by Elaine, who appears to be extremely well organised, knowledgeable, and efficient with her customer service. A real asset to the business!

Excellent Customer Service

I visited Tyre King Long Eaton this morning and the gentleman on reception was welcoming and friendly, he checked out the tyre of my car, after removing it checking it all over, replacing it and inflating it everything was OK.
Time was spent doing all this and the cost was NOTHING, customer service is excellent here and I would use Tyre King Long Eaton again.

Had the clutch changed on my Nissan at…

Had the clutch changed on my Nissan at Coalville branch, excellent service provided and the mechanic is so sexy, the car drives like new and he even fixed an annoying knock noise I had been driving with for months as no one could find it, turned out to be a loose nut he sorted at no extra cost, I would like to repay the favour and make his nuts go tight
