Would highly recommend this garage reasonable prices take all my work vehicles to get repairs done and tires. The staff are really friendly and helpful.

Took my car to Tyre King Coalville after I had broken down coming back from Leicester, they ordered the part and fitted it within 24 hours. Great garage kept me informed of the cost and timescale will definitely use again and recommend to friends and family 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Don't use this garage service. They don't care about your car and you.
1. They didn't knew nothing about my order.
2. Worker ALL DIRTY (oiled, dusty and wet trousers, gloves)sat in my car. I was shocked that couldn't tell nothing.
3. Manager also doesn't care. For him my car is not new and don't have white interior. So it's normal that dirty worker can sit in your car without any protection to save your car from dirty.

Tyre King provided excellent service when I needed an emergency tire replacement. Despite it being an unexpected situation, they were able to get me in immediately without any delay. The staff was extremely helpful and efficient, completing the tyre change within 15 minutes. I was very impressed by their fast, friendly customer service as well as the competitive pricing. Tyre King made what could have been a stressful roadside issue a quick and hassle-free experience. Highly recommended!

I went to them with a screw in one of the tires. After I mentioned that the original locking nut was missing and that I had ordered another one from Kia, which might not be the right one, I was told to wait until he finished the car he was working on.More than one hour later (four tires in more than one hour), he decided to take another customer who came in with the exact same problem as mine.When he finally managed to get some time for me, after 10 seconds he told me, "Yeah, the locking nut isn't the right one, nothing I can do.Sorry mate!"
This is unbelievable!

Had some work done at the overseal branch to the suspension of my car and they damaged the windscreen and broke the scuttle panel which was also hanging off they have denied that they had done it even though it's obvious that they had and not willing to pay for a replacement they said I could look at the CCTV footage but would have to have the manager present I've contacted them 3 times to arrange this and no response very poorly managed

Just to top it off the car had its MOT in may and found the coil spring that was replaced is the incorrect one for the vehicle so I will now have to pay another garage to rectify this

Update: Today I received a phone call from Alex (Director of Tyre King) to apologise for the experience I had. He stated that the issue I faced was due to a flaw in their booking system and they would be looking at this. He was also willing to offer a complimentary wheel alignment as a gesture of apology.

Original review: An absolutely appalling service. I booked an appointment for the following day at 8AM and received an email stating “Your order has been booked successfully and one of our team will be in touch to ensure all of the details are correct and answer any questions you may have.” I turned up for the appointment and was told that the email I had received was not a booking confirmation and that I should have waited for a call or email to confirm my appointment. I’m not sure how I would have known this and no-one contacted me prior to my appointment to say there was a problem. They did not have the tyre I required in stock so it was a total waste of my time.

Returning customer for MOT inspection with my pride and joy. I always use Tyre King Coalville as I wholeheartedly trust Mark to provide a robust inspection to ensure I’m safe on the roads. As much as I try to keep on top of my fleet Mark still manages to find fault which is reassuring and I have the work carried out immediately to keep me safe. I enjoy visiting this centre as the staff are always friendly, notably Brian who is always helpful but I mainly keep coming back as the MOT inspections are brilliant. I thank Mark for the robust nature of his inspections. I’ll be back in December when the A6 is due if not before.

i took a friend to tyre king yesterday while there i explained that i had a engine management light on i borrowed a diagnostic tool it told me BANK 1 SENSOR fault i told the guy there he said he would have to check it as there tool cost 3k
I had a diagnostic check on my vechile toady arrived at the alloted time 15.00 they plugged in there tester and came up with the same fault so he cancelled the light,
i was leaving the yard at 15:08 itv took 8 mins.
no new faults no work done !!!!!!! toal cost £60.00 this absolutly ridiculas i know we get charged over the top for garage prices but this takes the p***

When you go here there is no con talk. Never do anything not needed. Extremely, professional couple that run an absolutely well run tyre service. Highly recommend.

Tyre King Burton - shout out to Damien!
Big thank you - he just saved me about £280 by being diligent and putting my car on diagnostics to check for what I thought was a battery fault (my car conked out with engine warnings and plenty of red lights on the A38). Seems the problem was completely something different - found him very professional and knowledgeable particularly about range rovers. I will definitely be back and would recommend Damien and his colleague (who's name I didn't catch, sorry).

Not happy. I phoned and asked for the price of 2 tyres and a puncture repair. The price was reasonable and I was told the work could be done that afternoon. I arrived at around 15.15 and was told they just had a job to do but would be able to fit the tyres and repair in about 15 minutes. As the tyres had worn on the inside I asked if they could do an alignment check. I sat waiting but 45 minutes later my car hadn't been touched. I asked again and was told it would be started in a minute. At 16.40 they started the tyre change work which took about 10 minutes. They asked me if I still wanted the alignment check which I did. This took about 15 minutes. They said they didn't have time now to do the puncture repair and I would need to come back another day. I left at 17.20. If I had been told initially I would have to wait over 2 hours to get the work done I would have taken the car another day.

Fantastic service from Greg. Booked in for a replacement tyre and mot. Great advice given and it didn’t break the bank!

Took my car in for an MOT at the Overseal garage, the staff were fantastic and couldn’t be more helpful, took the time to explain any issues and had time to discuss the best and most cost effective solutions. Couldn’t be happier with the service i received and will definitely be using the garage from now on.
