Just as everyone else says - website misleads you into believing tyres will be delivered in a couple of days. 10 days later - no tyre, and they say it's in customs and I may get it next week! If I had known it was being shipped from overseas I would have bought elsewhere.

I ordered 3 tyres on 21/7/21and they are still not here on the 4/8/21. Have contacted Tyres.net but they have no idea when they will be delivered but did offer a refund, but reading the reviews below that too may take an age to get processed!
These tyres are not U.K. stock. Prices appear to be good but the service is terrible and needless to say I will not be using them again.

Tyres.net looks like a price comparison site and is easy to use.
I used it to order a set of tyres.
The choice for firms looks good, with an estimated availability(?delivery?) time against each.
If you check a bit deeper into each of the firms which get listed it turns out they are all linked to Deltilog \Delticom in Witney UK.

It's possible that Deltilog \ Delticom is the best tyre supplier in the UK but it also happens that they seem to run Tyres.net ,,,
I checked trustpilot for the subsidiary firms and they all have mostly dreadful reviews about delivery times and customer service.

Terrible experience. Got a flat tire and needed replacement quickly. Website checkout said delivery within 2 business days. Got order email 2 days later and it said delivery would be 2 weeks. Had a nightmare trying to cancel order, they take 2 days to reply to every email. Took almost 3 weeks to get a refund.

Ordered from mobilemechshop through Tyres.net on 07/07/21. Both websites are part of the same company Deloitte, they own several other websites such as mytyres.com. I did check reviews before purchasing and was expecting a 2-3 week wait for the tyres. On payment the invoice email provides an estimate delivery date of 20/07/21. If I had needed tyres urgently I wouldn't have used them. Tyres arrived on the 2 week mark, 21/07/21. The tracking showed the tyres shipped from Germany. Unsure why there is such a long transit time as the tyres were delivered to the German warehouse within 24 hours. From this point there is no tracking update until the day before delivery. DPD UK get the tyres on 20/07/21 and delivered 21/07/21 so delay is not UK side. I expect the delay is on the export side going out of Germany to a non EU destination or the company is holding the tyres to ship to the UK in bulk. I paid no customs charges and the invoice shows VAT is paid. I don't have an issue with the delay as the tyres arrived before my MOT. My negative review is the tyre label was not accurate. The label shows a lower fuel efficiency to the one on the website which is against UK Trades Description Act. The label also shows it as an XL tyre but the website makes no reference of this. I did make a healthy saving on the tyres after fitting by using the tyres.net price tracker. Tyres are delivered wrapped in plastic and well protected. Customer service is very poor. Telephone line will disconnect you and my emails were ignored.

It’s second time I’m ordering from them. First time the tyres got delivered a month late. Thinking that it might’ve been a misunderstanding I ordered again. It’s already 2 weeks overdue. DO NOT BUY from them, you will die waiting.

I realise these are difficult times but I feel I have fallen victim to deception by, at best a thoroughly unprofessional company, and at worst to activity bordering on a trading 'scam'. Despite the tyresnet.co.uk web address they are not a UK company but are one of at least 9 in the UK operated by Delticom which is based in Germany. In other words you may think your tyre order is coming from a UK warehouse but they are actually(hopefully!) being sent from Germany and the stated 2-4 day delivery estimate is totally unrealistic (I'm at 20 days and waiting) If they don't turn up by the end of today I'll start refund proceedings through paypal. I'd advise everyone to check where companies are truly based and unless you can wait a long time and/or lose the money you paid for the goods avoid buying from the EU. Personally, although I've used Delticom companies in the past (mytyres) with no problem - and thought I was avoiding the issues of Brexit/Covid by ordering from what I believed was a UK company, I will never buy from a company linked to them again.

It meant to be fast delivery. Tyre arrived after 3 weeks +. I wouldn't use that website again.

Avoid they pass order abroad to be messed up.

Avoid the company mobilemech they give the orders to emailed me to say I have not paid through paypal days after I ordered.
Checked paypal the money has gone out to Deltilog whoever that is.
Was confusing ordered through tyres.net assuming it was UK based then it was passed to mobilemech who also claim to be UK based but are not.
They then accused me of ordering twice days later with dire communication! One order and one paypal link to pay. Had already put in a paypal dispute when they tried to charge me twice and had no idea who had my money as dealing with too many companies and screamed scam. Starts as tyres.net then goes on 2 another 2 companies, mobilemech & deltilog is the seller on paypal.

Was in desperate need of tyres, most reputable companies ship them to you in 48 hours. Lesson learnt pay the extra tenner for a reputable Uk based tyre company instead of lost revenue.
Hopefully paypal can fix this mess and wish I'd read other reviews first.

Have emailed tyres.net as they are responsible and represent these companies and claim to be a tyre site but just an agent posing as a UK site to tyres from Europe and a load of hassle. no communication back from tyres.net

No tyres actually in stock, everything is shipped from Germany so may say 1-3 or 2-5 but you will be waiting WEEKS.

believe me when I say pay the extra £10-£20 and just get it from somewhere else

Bad service do not waste your time and money on this business I ordered 5 tyres which were reduced by 40% after the first email regarding payment has been taken there was no follow up email with the tracking and dispatch details of the tyres so Aftet waiting three days I emailed them to find out about my order they replied next day saying they don't have stock. I then replied back saying what about my refund they replied back next day again saying that it has been passed to the accounts department for processing.
They gave me no indication of when the money will come back into my account.
They have 20 website address all over Europe and no stock . Yea right what a joke.

Waited 2 weeks and still no update from my order .
Cancelled the order , they put a new order for me without me asking for that .
I cancelled both orders and sent me 8 tyres after one month even if my order was cancelled.
They wasted my time :
Tyres not delivered at the right time . Therefore I purchased tyres from somewhere else as apparently you can only get tyres fitted if they want you to and when they want you to.
I had to wait for 2 courier pick ups so I can return orders that were not supposed to arrive.
Avoid them .

Ordered on a Thursday night, tire arrived Sunday afternoon, great price & great service.

Terrible comparison website. Customer service is in Germany. Tried once and have had to cancel my order as 6 days and no update on my 170 pounds purchase. If you phone customer service automated voicemail speaks in German. Never again. Thx.
