I have written a couple of negative reviews already and still no closure to my problem with these scumbags. My stress all started in Sept 2023... Ordered a new product, told after 8 pymnts, product wld be delivered. No delivery, then lie after lie until May 2024, I cancelled
agreement as no product. 7mnths later, still no sign of refund and again lie after lie. They have since rebranded to KIWIOWN obviously because of the terrible service. Ive had to refer my matter to the Disputes Tribunal as I am still waiting for my refund for a product that never turned up! And yes, reading thru the bad reviews, I can see that I am not the only dissatisfied customer they wish death upon because they have no intentions of refunding any of us. This be the 3rd time they have given me a refund date and tbh, I dont believe them as far as I can spit at them. DO NOT BUY FROM UBUY or KIWIOWN!!!

Ordered a set of 23 books as clearly stated in item description and order confirmation. Ubuy then sent me one book of the 23 for over $100NZD and then claimed I only ordered one book. An absolute con. Would not recommend under any circumstances and would encourage all potential users to give them a very wide berth.

Called my bank twice - nothing wrong with my credit card or account at all.
Online chat with U-buy was "try again and here is a promo code" - still didnt work.

They said I could have a refund of $240 dollars. I waited 30 days which was May 16th. they said another month today is the day June 26 and now I just rang them they said July 28th. Poor return service
I ordered Custom Dynamics LED Fillerz for my motorcycle for NZ$608!
The item arrived after 2 weeks as I live in New Zealand.
The package was sent in a paper bag lined up with a single layer of bubble wrap so as a result, one of the LED lights was cracked.
I contacted Ubuy and after 3 days, they organised a return.
Now I have to wait 2 weeks for the item to return to them, and only then they will send me a new one, so another 2 weeks before i get my item.
I've provided them with photos of the damaged item and I've returned it so why do i have to wait so long before getting a replacement?
I'll never buy from Ubuy ever again
