asked support by chat whether they deliver gold by post. customer support read the message and closed it. obviously no order for you!

Scam. No gold, took my money. Will not issue refund. Three days I’ve been battling this. They just ask for 24 hours over and over then when you ask for a refund they give the same story. Give 4 hours. Check again, give 12 hours. Check again, give 3 hours. If you don’t want to receive your gold nor your money back stay as far away from this shady ass company as you can. Crooks. Worst website I have used in over a decade. I have all the screenshots to prove it.

Update: After trying two more times over the coarse of six hours they started ignoring me and instantly closing chat. Then, after threatening to go to the bank and file a dispute, they finally just issued the refund. So got my money back after roughly 60 hours of going back and forth.

Bunch of scammers , Do not pay attention to their marketing scams. False advertising and rude customer service

I liked their service. First, unlike another service that took a few days and charged way too much for WoW Classic gold coins, they sent a partial order immediately and followed up with the remainder within 2 days. I'm buying from then again because they are honest, reliable, and reasonably priced.

Do not order from this company! Website says 5 minutes for F2F, its a lie. When you go to the Chat, you get an auto response right away. Then it times out and says it can not reply so leave your email. Email never arrives in your inbox. ZERO communication.

Other sites may be more exspensive, but they are more reliable. Use this site at your own risk.

i order , 7days after nothing coming , i ask until 2days my refound , no answer aswell , the mail support not correct , number aswell , so i lost my money

SCAMMERS..... It's been just under 2 weeks, to receive my gold. Still have not received it. They keep telling me their still farming.
STAY AWAY from these thieves. I took a chance, and it bit me back in the touche

Was assuredly skeptical about making a big gil purchase online and the first 3 wesites i tried were very unresponsive but i decided to try one more and within 10 min had my gil for ff14. i hit the live chat up as soon as i made the purchase and was immediately responded to and told to just sit tight online its coming and i didnt even have to wait 5 min before they showed up and paid me. dont use anyone else, no reason to if your reading this review you found the place

Terrible custome support and I never got my full order.

I made an order for a few things and I didn’t get all of it. Costumer support agent Maria Fe is very rude and does not help the customer at all. I would recommend going to other websites for desired items and currency, NOT THIS ONE AT ALL
