This is a scam. Don’t order from them. I’ve ordered her €77 bouquet and I only have like a small piece of flower look at the bouquet I received

This is a scam! Don’t order from them at all. They have ruined valentines day for my girlfriend sooo disappointed. Made and order, deliver was scheduled for between 6 and 11 and no delivery not even a phone call.

I placed my order a week ahead of time and yet they still failed to deliver the flowers on my girl friend's birthday. In fact, what's so infuriating is that never even attempted to call her to update on the situation. So, she stayed home on her birthday because she needed to be there to receive the flowers and gifts.

I still have not received any feedback or explanation.

Finally, trying to contact flowers.ua is no easy task. GOOD LUCK, YOU'RE GOING TO NEED IT.

I'll probably have to call my bank to dispute the charges

As for me, this is the FIRST and LAST time I even ATTEMPT to use their service.

Used several times, never had any issues, flowers have always been as advertised and great quality

Excellent shop. I ordered a bouquet of roses for my wife. Flowers were delivered on the same day, neatly decorated. The wife was very pleased.

Very bad service. Didn’t deliver on time two times in a row (one which was Valentine’s Day and ordered 2 days in advance). Promised both times compensation (additional chocolates) and never delivered it! Stay away from this company!

Two days before the Valentines Day I ordered flowers through this company for my fiancée. A day before VD, got an email that the delivery was agreed. On the VD - the delivery was not made. Terrible service. Very angry and very disappointed. I was a VIP customer but will never order from them again!!!

I have a very ill friend in Ukraine who just went for emergency surgery. Unfortunately due to covid i was unable to see her and her family. How ever i managed to send wine and a nice looking set of flowers to her at a very good price. She was exceptionally pleased and told me her mood was brightened. from the picture she has sent they do look very well put together. custom message. custom wine selection and other custom requests were all for-filed.
I ordered the flowers late however they still managed to pull threw a same day delivery.

I will for sure never use UA-flowers again. So unprofessional !
First of all, the confirmation e-mail I received after my order was absolutely unclear. I ordered a delivery for Odessa, but the website showed it was for Kiev. The date of previous delivery was not cleared either.
But most of all, they forgot to attach the letter that I wrote with my order. Then the recipient didn't know that the present was from me !!!! Never again.

Poor, disgusting bouquet , poor service

I'm used UA Flowers to send bouquets to my girlfriend in Mukachevo twice now (I live in the US), and each time she has received the flowers on time and was thrilled. Flowers were fresh and good quality and lasted for almost 2 weeks. Communication is pretty good although English is not their strongest point, and sometimes emails from them have ended up in my spam folder, but I have been satisfied with their service thus far and plan to continue to use them. I can't vouch for their service to other cities in Ukraine, but it has been good in Mukachevo thus far.

Absolute scam! They take more orders than they can deliver, then fail to deliver, and the best they can offer is “credit” for the same delivery another date. Absurd! Especially when the delivery was paid to happen on V-Day!

Be very careful with this company , this site is full of bad reviews for ua flowers
They took my money but didn’t deliver anything nor did they reply to my emails , I got ripped off
I had confirmation of payment but after that nothing
I have now got to try and get my money back from the card provider ! And my wife didn’t get any flowers for her birthday !!

Delivered only half of the ordered premium bouquet. When asked to re-deliver they failed again delivering only half of what they promised! Stay away!

If you would like to purchase a bouquet, but you don’t have UAH account - no problem! Prices in $$ are just twice higher than in UAH.
They explained it with “site inner currency exchange”.
Poor service. Go elsewhere.
And, first and last time I ordered from them - the order wasn’t look alike the picture on site.

Horrible service. Late deliveries. Flowers ordered will not be the same as the flowers delivered. There are better ways to send flowers in Ukraine.

Stay away from this payment processing scam. Try to find local florist and get truly great experience. Ordered flowers , just before 8th March ( big thing in Ukraine ) and the recipient got the call clarifying the delivery detail . However , there were not delivery ! Few hours later , got email asking for flowers type change . Apparently, they run out of bouquets I ordered and I was offered roses. Spoke with customer service and agreed on roses .. were roses delivered? You bet, not ! Got another email, offering alternative delivery dates . I expressed my frustration, they just cancelled my order. No apologies, nothing .

This is a scam I believe, the order wasn't fulfilled and the contact number isn't in service any more.

This is not a flower company. This is an internet website who collects payment and then sells the orders to local flower shops in various cities. The quality of flowers, service and delivery in local Ukraine towns and villages is consistently poor. The website owner is Alexei Sozinov. He is basically a flower pimp. You'll pay $50 to $100 or more for about $8 worth of flowers. There is no transportation in Ukraine. Roads are poor. Logistics do not exist. The flower quality is always poor. Even if you select and pay the option for premium flowers, there is no guarantee the "local flower shop", who will prepare and deliver your oder will comply. UA Flowers has no quality control over your orders once they are in the hands of the local vendors.
The flower arrangements are unprofessional and do not look like the website photos. The gifts delivered, do not look like the gift photos on the website. It's impossible for some small town or village shop, to possess the same amount of inventory and selection as in Kiev or Odessa for example.
In order for you to receive orders from UA Flowers, Alexei Sozinov takes a payment from local flower shops to to receive and prepare your orders.
He markets like a madman. They promote and advertise everywhere. The distraction of mass marketing is an attempt to hide the poor quality of business.
NOTE: You will not get your money's worth. And, you will disappoint your lady if she receives flowers from this website.
(I've lived in Ukraine since 2012. I am from New York. In 4 years, I made 53 orders, before my patience ran out.)
Their orders are usually incorrect. Their delivery service is the worst. UA Flowers do not control the delivery. When they send the order to a small town, the local flower shop in the town is responsible to arrange delivery. Ukraine does not have delivery companies. Your flowers will be delivered by local men in their beat up old cars.
Note of SCAM: Many times, the local flower shop owner will contact the girl, and offer the girl a small amount of "cash", instead of the flowers. The shop will make photo with the girl and flowers. You receive a photo of the girl holding flowers; you will be happy, but scammed. The local flower shop will pay her a small amount of cash, and the girl leaves without the flowers. This way, the flower shop makes lots of money from one bouquet of flowers. I've seen it.
UA Flowers and Alexei Sozinov are fully aware of this scam. But he says once the order is transferred to the location flower shop, its not his problem.
BE AWARE: Because of so many customer complaints, UA Flowers is operating under many different website names. The feed directly to UA Flowers and Alexei Sozinov. You can expect the same poor service and poor quality of flowers. DO NOT USE - UFL Flowers, UA-flowers, Flowers.ua, ua-flowers.com, ua-flowers.com.ua, and others.
In short, this is NOT a flower company. They are pimps. They take your order, they take your money and then they resell your order to local flower stalls and collect a fee from these shops. They have no control over the flower quality, or arrangements, or representations or delivery.
MOST IMPORTANT! The flower photos on their website is fake. Your order WILL NEVER look that good. Why? They make these nice website photos at their photo studio in their offices in Kiev. (Podil area) Don't disappoint your lady. Spend time online. Use another service. Check Embassy websites. Check online reviews carefully. Days later, after the driver has left, ask your lady for a photo of the flowers or gifts at her home. If she gets angry at your request, you were scammed. Any honest woman would be happy to show off her flowers and gifts. And if your lady chose cash over your flowers or gift, dump her! (But the topic of Ukrainian women, is whole other conversation.)

Flowers (roses) where virtual dead on delivery, have tried on numerous occasions online and email support, just get palmed off. Fine when everything goes ok., but a nightmare when things go wrong.
