Be careful with the hidden costs

Be careful with the hidden costs. Recently I got an email from Ubeeqo for a fine they got from Barcelona City-hall about a red light. (I’m still waiting for it) The next day they charged me 15€. When I asked why, their answer was: the 15€ charge is because we need to identify the driver and the car… Unbelievable. I had so many bad experiences With this company and when is their fault, nothing happens, but if they need to readdress a fine or anything else, be careful since they will charge you for sure

Truly terrible

Truly terrible. Arbitrary charges and fees, no explanation and/or obscure meaningless template email responses, account suspended without explanation or warning (lots of people on here apparently suffer from this), terrible App experience (random error messages), dodgy cars (I once had one with literally 6 warning lights on)...used to be an amazing company, now the worst. Avoid if you can. Spent a fortune with this company (including 5 of my team) and now moving to a shared lease car literally just to get away from Ubeeqo. I expect nothing from this review other than that they post the exact same template response they have to every other bad review telling you to write an email that will not get responded to. Useless.

Do yourself a favour - never share your data with them

Instead of solving my problem, they shut down my account. A nice way to treat the customers. There were only two people one man and one woman answering the phone at the whole time - you can hear they are in a room as well. Really just a small crooked company. Don't trust and Do yourself a favour - never share your data with them.

Ubeeqo is the worst company ever

Ubeeqo is the worst company ever, they will suspend your account without notification, and they have the worst customer service. In addition, their vehicles don't always have fuel cards, a big inconvenience, as well as dirty vehicles. I referred a friend to the company and Ubeeqo didn't reply to them with the registration code, this company is unprofessional.

Worst customer service ever

Worst customer service ever
Extremely rude, treating clients like trash and trying to get you off the line.
I was a long term client but never using this rubbish again. Companies like that really deserve to shut down which I am pretty sure they will in the near future.
1.3 stars in Google reviews, 1.2 stars in Trustpilot, how can you even be the CEO of this company and not see how bad your company works

Called customer support to obtain a UK address to write. The advisor is so useless that she could not spell out any letters or manage to give me an address. ask her to email me the address she asked me to email her instead. Just when I though it couldn't get any worse...
Now filling a court order.

This one is for Dave get of your @$$ and do something and stop defending and replying with useless comments...

EDIT: Hello Dave, stop telling customers to call Bulgaria, they are useless cant spell an address never mind handling a call of this magnitude unless you are useless as the rest of them, which by the way you are...

There business structure isn't ethical

Theire business structure isn't ethical, even if they know you haven't done any damage to their car and make sure you park in the right parking lots, you will still get fined £96 for stickers on their car, the employees are happy to make unethical profit for their boss and your right would get abused at any occasion, avoid !!!!!!!!!!!!!

Get this, so i rent a car and make sure everything is done correctly, at the end of the trip my phone battery died so i end my tripby insertingthe key in the glove box key pad, i received the car and left it in perfect conditions, 2 days later they invoice me £96 for not being able to take a picture to provide evidence that i left the car in perfect condition, they say the cleaner already replaced the stickers and they charge the last customer who used the car, so basical if the car disappeared and u haven't taking a picure then you are accused and charged like we live in a jungle.....

* i have contacted the customer support several times, but they are keen to charge me unfairly and lose me as a member.

Ubeeqo ruined our weekend

I wish I had never heard of this company. First time renting a car with Ubeeqo with a group of friends to go away for the weekend, and spoiler alert : we had to cancel everything because of this awful company.
We arrived at the car and first problem, we couldn't open it. After 30 minutes on the phone with customer service (running between the car and the outside of the parking because there was no service in the parking), we finally managed to open it. But second problem, the car didn't start... the battery was dead. So we called again, and as it was a car for 7 people, the person on the phone offered us to rent 2 cars that were each 10 minutes away. We were not happy as we had already lost 1 hour but we accepted the deal.
When one of the groups arrived at the parking, the car was not there. There was an other Ubeeqo car and it was open, so we entered thinking there had been a mistake in the reservation. We were about to drive off when someone arrived and asked us what we were doing in their car. A few seconds later and we were going to drive off with someone else's car... it shows that this company is a complete joke as it enabled this kind of situation.
So we called again... the guy told us that the car might be parked somewhere else in the parking and that we should look for it. There was 4 levels in the parking so it would have taken us a very long time. But we didn't have to go through all this trouble as the guy finally told us that we couldn't drive the 2 cars at the same time. Indeed the 2 reservations were made under my name as I was the only one with an Ubeeqo account and apparently he realized only then that we couldn't add an other driver. He said that he thought I would drive the first car, come back and drive the other car... how stupid is that excuse.
He finally cancelled our reservations and said we would be refunded. Even if we get the refund, it will be far from enough to compensate the ruined weekend.
This was the worst car rental experience that I have ever had. This company is definitely going to sink and it will be well deserved.

Bad service and help.

Started off really good but then it was a downhill drop.

I have been a good customer for a long time and got my friends into the app aswell but the system "kept detecting" an error and didn't let them register (let alone locked me out of the app)

I tried to contact customer service (SPAIN) but they are to no HELP? They keep telling me there is nothing to do and I was talking to a guy last week, saying my friends account suddenly got suspended last week right after he registered. He replied by, yeah it's locked, there is nothing to do.

So I asked whether I heard correct that there was nothing to do and he said, yeah nothing to do. Account got locked.

I did not know any other reason than "the system locked it and we cant open it up"

Anyways, I have been a good customer where I used your services almost every day, but after all these "system detections" and "account suspensions" and me trying to talk to customer service with no help, I give up.

Willing to provide screenshots and proof of "bad customer service" and back up what I've written above.

Worst Carsharing Experience

The service was ok some years ago. But last time I booked the service it was the worst carsharing experience I've had. I couldn't start the car and was one entire hour on the phone to be able to talk to someone.

Edit: This happened in Ubeeqo Spain -> Barcelona

On top of this they deleted my account without giving me any reasons.

They are a joke

I used this company for many years and they cancelled my account for no reason. I tired to email them to see what was going on and no one could explain they just told me it is under investigation. I explained I have not even used it which they know because of booking purposes but they didn’t even care. I asked to speak to a manger and they told me no. I asked for the persons name and they hung the phone up. If anyone is reading this STAY AWAY.

Customer Service could drastically improve

I can't say the rental service itself was bad, but I'm very disappointed with the customer service team. I had a lost item and wanted to get in touch with the next renter. They could call but couldn't leave a voice message or send an email due to internal policy. It made absolutely zero sense to have a policy like that. If I got a random call from a company repeatedly, I wouldn't call the number back without context from a voice memo. This is a simple instance where evaluating your policy for common sense would've helped resolve the issue and left a customer happy. Now I probably won't use the service ever again.I also had pretty poor engagements with the reps.

I hope someone from Ubeeqo reads and acknowledges this!
Multiple terrible experiences with Ubeeqo countless times. Petrol card declined during my last booking twice! Ubeeqo did absolutely nothing to help or assist, I had no cash or card on me at the time I was in extreme distress, upset and of course frustrated on the phone to Martin from customer service who was no help whatsoever except tell me I either pay myself or sign a form stating I drove off without the means to pay (which of course is not correct if the fuel card is declining).
When I told him I'd be forming a complain the following morning my account was Suspended on the morning after I returned the vehicle.
When I asked in email why this was I was told I was "aggressive". Wow! I have used Ubeeqo for a few years now and have been a loyal customer despite the terrible customer service, uncleanness of the vehicles and either no fuel or the fuel card declining and have never been told I've been aggressive before. Then for my account to be suspended for being upset about an error and inconvenience soley caused by Ubeeqo is absolutely ridiculous! Even though the use of the fuel card is included in the car hire, I was still forced to fork out for the fuel myself, then when frustrated about this I get Suspended.
Employees like Martin should not be able to make uncalled for decisions like these as they can cause detrimental impacts on mental health and well-being.
I have sent numerous emails to speak with a manager and have called countless times, no one replies to my emsils and no one can help on the calls. I will be contacting British Vehicle Rental & Leasing Association, and I advise anyone who is being ignored by Ubeeqo to contact them also.

Lastly, I cannot stress this enough...
I DO NOT RECOMMEND NOR WILL I EVER RECOMMEND THIS CARSHARING COMPANY TO ANYONE.
TOTALLY INCONSIDERATE & UNPROFESSIONAL!

Horrible company with the worst…

Horrible company with the worst customer service! The agent was the most respectful person I ever had to talk to and created absurd rules!!

Ubeeqo basically is denying my approval because they say that a person can't have a driver's license from a country and a passport from another. They are not regonizing the fact that a person can have double nationality. In my case, I have a Brazilian drivers license and Portuguese passport. They are requiring that I have a Portuguese driver's license, but I don't live in Portugal, nor did I enter Spain with my Brazilian passport to have the entry stamps!!

Absurd!!

Would of gotten 0 stars but wouldn't allow it

I gave ubeeqo 1 star because I had to my husband uses ubeeqo occasionally and he hadn't used it in months but did so yesterday then gets an email saying his account has been suspended, then another saying permanently suspended because they be­lieve individuals ot­her than the registe­red account holder may be using the acco­unt to drive the vehicle which is absolutely ridiculous. He's a well respected business man and does a lot for his community so this is absolutely diabolical.
