No Delivery No Way to Communicate…
App claims pick-up but bakery still had order. A day later not delivered, WORSE; NO WAY TO EFFECTIVELY COMMUNICATE W UE.
1. UE webpage under Help Page does not have an answer to search for "no delivery" or similar word searches.
2. It talks about a delivery person but none ever appeared in any communication to me.
3. Two help phones numbers exist but that is it. Neither is available to help. "Call back later"
4. PHone message send to Help page. That creates a vicious circle with no solution available , see no. 1 above. Catch 22. Totally frustrating.

First order scheduled it for 17.45
First order scheduled it for 17.45 - 18.15 on the Ubereats app. As I am a keyworker wanting it for when I returned home. Ordered at 15.30 with pizza hut. Pressed pay next screen they were full filling the order. Rang Pizza hut nothing they could do couldn't get hold of ubereats. At 16.20 it was left at my front door contacted ubereats to explain nothing they could do. So upset please dont fall for this yourselves.
