I was happy with the results i was getting, however it has stopped working so I won't be replacing it.

Please DO NOT buy anything from this company, I purchased 2 items, asked returned as soon they arrived as no longer needed, I am well within the 30 day return policy but Alexander so called manager is refusing to give me a return address to send back, hes just stalling with the same email asking me to say why I want to return and to attach photo's of item unopened which done several times, please avoid

Quick and easy to order, product arrived very quickly and the packaging was in good condition

Received the item timeously - have not yet used it but look forward to having a good experience without damaging my gums etc.

UDENTAL PRO was defective after 2 weeks. To date I have not received a s the return Thank God it was a gift!

Item stopped working after a week or so, asked for a refund, but was sent another unit instead. It doesn't clean my teeth, my electric toothbrush does a better job. I have again requested to return both items and get a refund, which they have refused, due to hygiene issues. So much for their 30 day money back guarantee. DON'T BUY FROM THEM!! Will be contacting my bank, as I paid over $100.

The item was advertised for just under $60 NZ..however over $90 was taken from my account. I requested a refund and to return the item...only to find I had to return the item to a suspect address in France...at a cost of $113.00 NZ. Very disappointed in the item also, I feel I still need to floss..then brush with a standard
toothbrush before using this item with whitening agent added (also not mentioned in advertising) to do the job. I do not recommend and feel totally ripped off.

This company has a customer service number that is constantly busy. When I emailed for a refund within the 30-day money-back guarantee period, Alexander wrote back that they could not refund the $59. I have contacted my Visa company to dispute this and requested a refund. DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY!!!

I entered my information, but NEVER hit the send button to order. Lo and behold, my bank account was hit the next day for the $59 plus Dollars! ILLEGAL AS HELL!!! DO NOT TRUST THESE THIEVES!!!

It is a good product and I love how it makes my teeth feel.

Device needs to be charged more after the first month.

No refund after sending back an anopened box!
Each time i contect customer care thay said the re fund was done in a different date...
It is a scam!

It seems to be a good design. The clean was not quite as vigorous as I expected. The purchase did not include toothpaste so I used OralB 3D toothpaste that I had bought recently. The order arrived promptly.

I am so happy that i ordered UDental. This is the best teeth washing method i tried.
I use to push my teeth too hard together when brushing with a normal toothbrush and thats bad i know. But UDental really changed my brushing experience the best way possible.
