Worst platform ever!! Someone hacked our bank card and stole 2500 usd. We immediately informed ugglycash and asked for some details as a friend of us work at VISA and could help us to block the remaining payment. UgglyCash refused to give the information needed and after 3 months they said that they could only get back 600$ as the rest were not filled on time (so básicamente ugglycash did not even take the time to contact ViSA). I will never work with them again and recommend to anyone to avoid it at all cost!!

They advertise its available in Paraguay. When trying to download the app it says... "the app is not available in your country."
Either misleading info on their site, or an issue with the product.
In any case - not trustworthy.

The information on the app was outdated and mentioned that they did not charge ATM withdrawal fees, so I paid for the card. However, after 3 days they changed their conditions and now charge fees for use at ATMs and others services. By not having this updated information in the application, it was impossible for me to know that they were going to make this change so that I requested a refund, which they did not want to do.
