This is a great educational resource for everything bodybuilding and working out in general. I have been a part of this community for almost 2 years and I have learned a ton from them. I visit the site and use the search bar daily. Also, members aren't pushy and aren't jerks like most forums they truly want to help and always give solid advice. I highly recommend this forum for anyone who cares about their body and wants to take their training to the next level.
