Arrived today.. not sure about genuine parts.... working fine so far

I was very alarmed looking at these reviews. However I have received my hoverboard and it seems fine. So far so good

Not a genuine company, they don’t respond to emails, their phone line doesn’t work and I suspect the quality of the boards is none existent. This website was created in November 2020, how can they have reviews from October 2020? I would strongly advise you to avoid.

Delivery just attempted even though I cancelled the order before it was dispatched. My credit card has been billed, numerous emails sent with no answer. Chargeback with bank raised.

The company they use to deliver are Fosseway Freight Ltd based in Leicester (no issue with this company btw) so links it back to prohoverboards!

They have changed their phone number on the website from 020 3488 7512 (which disconnects when you ring it) to 020 3514 0512 (which rings endlessly). Search this number on google 020 3514 0512 and it’s linked to loads of scam calls - does this seem like a genuine company to you!

I’ve reported them to cloudflare (host their site) I would urge other to do so might stop them for a bit!

I refused delivery and the items are now back with the logistic company Fosseway - they manage the stock for the company. Still no sight of a refund, no response to a single email and don’t answer the phone.

I sent an email on the 19/12 with read receipt on and yesterday the 28/12 I received an automated email saying a refund had been processed - I’ll wait to see if it is applied to my Credit card account

For everyone who has lost out I urge you to speak with your bank even if you’ve kept the product. They are not as advertised and so you should be covered by your Credit card also worth checking if you’ve paid by Debit. I hope we all get resolution!

Update - lost count on number of updates

UK hoverboard have refunded me! Send an email to uk hoverboard with read receipt on, tell them you’ve raised a chargeback with your bank (you should do this anyway if you haven’t already) and that you want a refund. Also send an email to Fosseway Logistics as I’m convinced they have proper contact details for this sham of a company.

Scam company. Website looks professional but they are the same company as a previous company called Pro hoverboards. Look them up on trust pilot.

UPDATE - if your hoverboard has arrived, it may look genuine, but it will not contain genuine Samsung cells, suggest that you return. I have raised a chargeback claim with my bank as I have not received the item nor a refund.

Scam company robbed £200 out my bank ordered a hoverboard and kart and took the money and never sent it and no way of contacting thm and on companies house their a fruit and veg wholesale company don’t not buy off this company u will not receive ur goods 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬
