No engineer can repair the dryer.

How are you supposed to get a warranty repair? I've tried Asko, Pacifica, TMTI and now Hisense. I get passed from one to another and nothing happens.

Update:
I eventually got a response. The first engineer who came (now sacked) at first didn't even want to look at the faulty dryer, but he was told to get on with it. He diagnosed a faulty circuit board and said it would take a couple of days for a replacement. It took many weeks! When the second engineer came, he spotted a loose wire and was in and out in 5 minutes. A comedy of errors, but they got there in the end.

And now on 23 September it's faulty again. :–(

More engineer failures on 13 October and 10 November. Time for Asko to do the decent thing and REPLACE THE DRYER.
