I won't buy from them again as their review system is fraudulent. Purchased batteries from them that were rated very highly but they were very poor with a high internal resistance. When I tried to submit a two star review the system rejected it.

BEWARE this scam outfit are a Chinese company using fake reviews under a 1001 different names. There is zero protection from trading standards etc in UK, which itself is another scam at taxpayers expense. They serve no one but themselves. The goods look good but no good. The ONLY chance you have is getting your money off paypal or your credit card co...neither are an easy process. The pain just isnt worth the gain. You have been warned. All that glitters is not gold.

I ordered and paid for an electric bike costing over £1200 and it never arrived, It has taken 7 months to get a refund and I had to get my bank to get it for me as I kept getting excuses.
Ordered Sept 4th 2022.
Refund April 3rd 2023. 7 months.
They said my bike was in my local UPS depot, I had been to it every week for 2 months as they kept telling me that's where it was, UPS used their global tracking system and told me they hadn't even picked it as it hadn't been released from the warehouse, there was a UPS tracking number but it didn't relate to any package on their system as the label hadn't been allocated to a package yet!
Customer Service are a joke and the automated chat was useless too, they kept saying (give us 24 to 48hrs you will receive an email from the" concerned team") I got hundreds of emails..... your bike is at UPS!!!!!!!! No it's not.
I didn't want to write a review until the money was back in my account.
I wouldn't but anything from them.
Horrendous company.

Never informed. First and last time on Bangood.

I purchased a Drone for £293. The item was stated "in stock and they delivered to the U.K.

Having waited 8 days for a notification of the item being shipped I checked my account only to find the item "pending". I enquired as to why this was and I got two different answers, 1. The item was out of stock and they'd send me one as soon as they had them, even though the stock levels said 12 available.. and 2. "There's an issue with the courier". Neither excuse is good enough. If you order something and there's an issue you should be informed about it instead of them hanging on to your mone, th4n only to be met with excuses and a request for me to wait while it's back in stock or the courier agrees to send it to the U.K.

The only upside is, the customer service was prompt but I had to chase them to get my now "pending" PayPal refund.

If you can get the item somewhere more reliable do, as this is a coin toss to whether you actually get your item.

Oh dear what a bad website !
Firstly I purchased a diesel heater and while the price was ok it left a lot to ge desired so I wrote a poor review of it rating it two stars with 1s 2s and 3 stars so it came in at around just u Der two stars BUT !!!! It won’t put the poor review of the site !
Bad site poor products I would imagine to be of most , I’m sure there are some decent items there , I’ll not trust them again though

Rip off .. ordered a Xmas tree..and 2 months later (after Xmas) I got a small compact mirror !

Scam of a company, send faulty goods and then try and palm you off with a $10 points card which you can only use to buy more faulty foods from them. No warranty espcially after a few months and under a year. Bought the Powkiddy rgb10 max 2 which has a now known faulty battery issues which they won't help with. Avoid at all costs !!

I am only giving a star because the product actually arrived otherwise I wouldn’t give any at all. Four parts were missing meaning the product is useless and they are trying to give me a £25 refund. The product cost £72!!!!! AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS!! I am contacting Trading Standards about them!!!

I placed an order of an RC helicopter on 11th August 2022, I was later notified that my product had been shipped on the 20th August 2022. I was firstly told that my order will arrive between the 9th - 18th of September. After speaking to their awful customer service team through the Banggood website, they stated that it would be arriving on the 30th of September which is a further inconvenience. I realised later that the online service is false and is not real customer service, rather, it is robots giving false information and just a lucky guess on what they think is correct to make the customer feel happy and reassured. Also, I was informed by the online team and mobile team that my customer was with the local post office. First of all they stated that they had no idea where the package was and second of all stated that the tracking number was fake and incorrect? What kind of service is that? It was an appalling experience and I requested for a refund as their team said I was eligible if the product did not arrive after the 30th of September which it did not and is now the 7th of October. I would highly recommend that people do not order from this website if you are using it for the first time. It was the worst experience with any company and I will definitely not ever be using it again. I wish I looked at the reviews beforehand as I later seen that this is a regular occurrence that happens with thousands of other customers. Save yourself the hassle and don’t order from this website.

This site is just one massive scam. None of the people are real. Test this out by messaging someone asking simple questions. They do not respond to those questions. Save your money get your kicks somewhere else. Should be shut down under trades description act.

bad items, useless website, feces customer care : BANGGOOD

Bought smartphone (£160) what suppose to have big battery and ip68, I never being rough with it, some features did not worked from start, but did not care, 5 months later overheating, can't charge, they offered £20 coupon back. A month already passed, now they want me to bring somewhere to fix and then maybe they give some money. They slow and unrespectful, Do Not Buy From BANGGOOD.

This item was not anywhere near as advertised, Electric cordless wrenh totally gutless. When it went wrong, Banggood gave a load of excuses, and would NOT GIVE RETURN ADDRESS. Plus i bought an electric saw

I purchased a radio control car for my son (which he diligently saved for) and the battery or charger was faulty. After sending photos and a video (at their request), they were unable to confirm or send replacement parts [short version]. They have offered a partial refund (without value) and I'm in the process of trying to send the goods back for a full refund. Overall the only thing I would advise is just don't buy through Banggood.

Cant leave no stars. dispatch 1-2 days! 4 weeks later still not dispatched with one item being further delayed by 4 weeks. Poor, why not send the items in stock??

Won one of the time consuming "money box" games that encourages you to view products daily and share links with friends to win prizes, after winning had the support team claim I hadn't won while showing screen shots of my account with them.

When I ordered My Xiaomi 11 Lite 5G NE phone on 11/02/2022 the advised delivery date was 22/02/2022 but I actually received it on 17/02/2022, less than a week from Hong Kong to the UK, with excellent communication from Banggood and UPS at all points of the process very well done Banggood. The phone itself was very well packed and arrived exactly as Ordered and surpasses all my expectations. From my experience, I cannot understand all the negative feedback.

If you buy items from UK retailers that are made in China, then you may be able to save money by cutting out the middleman and buying more or less exactly the same items directly from China, as long as you’re not in a hurry to receive them. However, you need to exercise caution in what you buy and I would suggest concentrating on items that you can see from their photos and descriptions are also sold by the big retailers in Europe, perhaps under their own brand names. I would also suggest, based on my most recent experience, that you only buy items using the Banggood Express shipping service - things sent with standard shipping are unreliable.

Be careful also with what type of goods you buy. So, for example, uncomplicated alloy aluminium tools are preferable to electronics, particularly sophisticated electronics of unknown provenance. If the latter go wrong, you’ll have a struggle on your hands getting it sorted out.

Banggood’s procedures for reimbursing for non-delivery of items are deliberately obscure and unhelpful compared to (for example) eBay or Amazon. Make sure that you have a second line of recourse by only paying with a credit card or PayPal, so that you can still get your money back if they mess you about, which they have done very badly with my most recent shipment. Their "service centre" appear to be under orders to stonewall refund requests for non-delivery, which is absolutely not acceptable and very different to my experience with Amazon and eBay. I have already been waiting six weeks for a delivery and they suggested, inter alia, that I wait another three weeks! I can see clearly from the tracking information that shipping has gone wrong at the China end of the transaction, something that they choose to ignore.

PS The cut and paste reply from Banggood below changes nothing. The goods are still lost and I still want a refund without having to jump through multiple hoops. I’ve asked PayPal to reverse the transaction
