Terrible company, don't use them! A pannier rack for my bike arrived with several pieces missing. Pieces that were sent don't fit together. They are procrastinating. I have asked for a refund, they are telling me they will send the rest of the parts when their suppliers are open. I've told them several times that I don't want more pieces sent, but I do want a refund. This still hasn't been resolved. Their understanding of English is very poor, so communication is difficult, to say the least. AVOID!

Ordered a gimbal in late July but it was out of stock, however I was happy to wait. It took banggood ages to inform me of this and they didnt keep me updated on the order. I asked for a refund last week (early November) which they quickly sorted out in fairness and I received the paypal refund in two days.

My biggest issue is the poor communication and effectively leaving it in the customers hands to chase items. Communicating via their online chat is painstakingly slow as well.

Had an issue with a wallet I received as it came with a defect. However, after contacting customer service, I was given a refund, no issues.

These people are just scam masters. Ordered a Nixie tube clock with vfd tube. But pin one of the tube was not displayed. So couldn't continue. They then asked for original postage label. Who the hell keeps this. Have requested my account is closed. AVOID these Scammers at all costs.

Very convoluted complaint & return procedure eventually managed to leave a YouTube clip of faulty Vacuum Tube Valve. I am still trying to find out how to return the defective product as they ask for return form and won't accept a return without the return form. When you try to get a return form you are sent to the start of the whole process you have just completed i.e. creating a complaint downloading YouTube video so seem to be going round in circles. I have received no email confirmation of my complaint.
At the bottom of your complaint registration there are 2 options "close the ticket" if selected throws up; "Once you close this ticket, you will not receive any update of it" (really!)
Please choose the reason why close this ticket:
Submitted wrongly.
No need to follow up.

The other choice is "Leave a Reply" which, wait for it, takes you back to the start of the whole process again as follows;

By the way vacuum tubes a very very fragile with thin glass and delicate filament's inside. They came in very very thin individual cardboard boxes each valve had 2 layers of bubble wrap around the valve itself. All 3 valves were then wrapped in a postal polyethene bag.
Ideally the boxes should then have been wrapped in 5 or more layers of bubble wrap then wrapped in the postal bag.

I am not in any great hope of a good outcome.
Be warned, stay well away from Banggood.

102@@@ then later i paid standard for a different order 102### and just as 102%%% it is also fedex smartpost which is the slowest cheapest rate in the usa. as i told you before I worked for fedex. SMARTPOST CHEAP=SLOW!!! IT is Banggoods mistake!. you even admitted to this fact in an earlier email, you said " sometimes the shipping tag is printed wrong " so I don't care, take my $ that Banggood isn't entitled to and shove it where the sun will never shine. Yeah right, I doubt there's any truth here. Deception!

They manipulate their item feedbacks.

I bought three items, and none of them worked as dsecribed.

I left honest and detailed feedback, explaining exactly why the feedback was poor.

The feedback has never been published, emails to them have gone unanswered.

Obviously the rating given in the adverts are meaningless as they don't publish what they don't want to.

The items are cheaply made, and of very low quality (total order was about 70GBP), which would be acceptable for the price if they matched the description and worked.

This company has the worst after-sales service I have ever come across I would recommend this Company to not a single person.

Saw a picture of a small chain saw for 10.50 so I selected add to my cart and completed my check out.

after over a month I got a package from a fulfilment center in California. They sent me a chain bar that would fit the chainsaw in the product picture not the chainsaw....

They said thats what I ordered............nope I ordered the chainsaw kit. I have gone back and forth and the best they would do is refund me 5.00 to just shut up and go away.

looking at reviews of this product they have cheated many many customers.....They know they are cheating customers and they leave these listings and sending people some part of the chainsaw but never the entire kit,.
Banggwood are still items like this. It is definitely worded to con people.

Purchased 2 short sleeve shirts.
One arrived with different coloured buttons (brown instead of white) and thread hanging off it. And the other turned up with the most amature blured print. To the point where it was nothing like the website picture - not going against UK advertising standards much.
These totaled just under £30 for 2 and it cost me £16 to send back to China. If you're from the UK I wouldn't bother!

I have use Banggood for several years and many, many transactions almost all of which have been faultless. Of those that were not problem free, customer service was quick to act and resolved the outstanding matters either by replacement or refund.

I am still using Banggood & will continue to do so. READ the ads carefully & make sure you understand what is offered. Translations to English are sometimes, quite poor. Ensure you can cope with minimal instruction in English (their biggest downfall). If shipping is from Asia, expect 4-5 weeks. Yes, that csn be a drag but they are improving post-Brexit.

Why so many bad reviews for Banggood, is it a dirty tricks campaign by any chance ?

Refused to give refund for faulty goods.
When I escalated Paypal, they blackmailed me, saying that they would refund if I closed the Paypal case. I suspect if I close the Paypal case I will hear nothing from them.

Don't ever buy anything from them total scammers. I ordered a one plus pro 8 and 2 and a half months now it never came. They didn't want to give back my money as I should wait a little more. Now they wanna give me back my money and a coupon worth of 8 pounds. Ridiculous. I am waiting 80 days without my money nor the phone.

I would give this mob a negative review as they are really no more than a scam . They promise the earth at cheap prices and deliver next to nothing. I ordered a hand held chain saw with 2 batteries and got a chain saw blade. Luckily I only ever pay through PayPal and got my money back today. Thanks PayPal and burn in hell Banggood

Totally misleading advertising. You really need to read the small print. Do not trust them.
I thought I was buying a hand-held chainsaw at a good price - ended up with a saw-chain only! Yes, I should have read the small print it was 'hidden' away. Never had to do this with ebay! Thee are scams, not bargains.
