the clothing items I ordered were very good quality and well made. A couple of items didn't fit me well and I was able to resolve this easily and customer services were very helpful indeed. there is alot of interesting choices for clothing and also ornaments Jewelry and gemstones

Very happy with the quality of the bracelets, I ordered incorrect size for 2 of them and they are happy to replace them for the additional postage fee, which is fair. So much appreciated.

I have ordered many times from the Buddhastone shop and love the products. Beautiful designs and very comfortable to wear.

Their fabric quality , design ,embroidery is straight out of temu low price range available at £6.99 They offer u a 10 percent refund , that’s £3 for spending £30 on a cheap looking top u will never wear! Returns r not free … u end up spending more on postage to china! Total scam .. stay away zero star

The garment arrived and the body was huge and the sleeves short. I requested a refund and a return address to send it back to. Following several emails with various offers they conceded and I was eventually given a full refund.

I love this company. I have bought about 15 of their bracelets over the last few years. Fantastic items. Nearly every order, I've managed to make some stupid mistake with sizing or colour and every time for a minimal fee they have corrected this and sent me the correct item without any issue, and minmal delay and fuss. Can't reccomend the products enough and the customer service is second to none

I'm very impressed my Harem pants didn't take long at all to arrive . 6 day's the material is 100% cotton. Definitely will buy more in the future.

The team at Buddhastones are amazing. I ordered a shirt which was far too big ( I think their sizing is a bit generous). After contacting them they willingly decided to send me a replacement without charges and without needing the earlier on to be returned. They are helpful, polite and professional.

I ordered a top, it looked awful on me so requested to return or exchange, I am in the process of exchanging, hopefully it will all go smoothly & I will receive by my holiday next week.
Customer service seems to be quite helpful - much better than the experience I've had with Halara, they've just ignored me!

I am currently in the process of trying to return some trousers. I have sent several request for an address to send the package only to met with a reply suggesting that I re consider. This is not the way it is supposed to work with on line shopping. I am now left frustrated and having to waste my precious time dealing with gaslighting.

I have previously bought 2 items with which I am very pleased - great design, lovely fabric, well made and great fit. This time I wanted to exchange the items which were not quite ase I expected and have been very pleased with the help and communication that I have recieved. Could not have had better service.

I was very impressed with the customer service. I had mistakenly ordered the wrong size. I emailed them and, even though it had been dispatched, they recalled my order and sent out the amended one with no fuss. My harem pants arrived swiftly and I love them. Comfortable. Good quality. I will definitely be ordering more from here.

I ordered a red, long sleeved dress in S. The one sent was an XL and far far too big.
I requested a refund once I’d returned it and asked how to do the latter. I was told to video or photograph the dress but my phone does not do this and there isn’t anyone I can ask.
I have explained all this twice already to no avail.
Please could you advise me.?

Lovely trousers

I have purchased numerous items (men's bracelets) from Buddhastoneshop, this year and last, and on every occassion the ordering process and customer service has been excellent. The products have been made to a very high quality. The gift box like packaging, also to a very high quality. I love the huge choice/selection of products, and what they represent, how they feel and look. Highly recommended.
