Great service, quick delivery

Provided you get the fit right, its really good. One of the shirts I ordered fitted perfectly, really nice quality, well made, I really like it a lot. The other, did not, a beautiful colour, and it was a nice shirt none the less. The returns process is complex and requires you to pay more shipping money to get a replacement product in a smaller/larger size. I guess that is the problem with ordering online through international retailers. The products you actually get a very nice, just sizing is very difficult to nail down.

I have received excellent customer support concerning my order. I initially ordered the wrong size and they were very helpful with arranging a replacement in a larger size.

I received a dress from Buddastone. Unfortunately, it didn't look right. I contacted customer service, who contacted me straight away. I was happy with the solution, as I received a refund. Professional, friendly & efficient. I recommend this company.

I ordered 3 dresses and I need to return then as they are not suitable. The returns process is complicated ... it says to email them and they will provide details on how to return items. I have so far sent 3 emails with all the details requested, an Instagram message and a Facebook message and I haven't had any response. I am running out of the 30 day period.

The pants I ordered arrived very quickly and were in excellent condition! Very nice color, soft fabric, very good quality. They were a little big for me but they immediately replied that they would send me the smaller size!

I love the shirt I ordered from Uk Buddhastoneshop. I like the colour and the style and the material. As it is a bit smaller than I expected they are sending me a replacement. Tasha, who I dealt with, was unfailingly helpful. I appreciate the 'Namaste' and the praying hands symbol at the end of her emails, so in keeping, I feel with the ethos of the store. Thank you.

The initial order went smoothly but, as the products come from overseas, it took some time for them to arrive. The items were nice but didn't fit. I wanted to return them but the solution was not straight forward, I guess because it involves posting them back to the original country and the complications with customs etc. The solution they offered was to keep the items and I could order something else from them for the same price. I found 3 items and they wanted £18 for postage and customs fees. I negotiated with them to £9, which in reality I guess is fair for the extra postage and fees, and I could also keep the original items. So, it looks like refunds and returns are not really feasible, but they will offer you some sort of solution that you might be happy with, although it might cost you a little extra. As the initial postage is free this doesn't seem unfair.

Communication is very strong, and even though they weren't able to fully refund the two items in my order in that didn't fit, we were able to come to a mutually agreeable solution - I kept the items (which I've given to a friend) and they sent me other items in their place for which I just had to cover a small shipping fee.

Long delivery time. Complicated returns process and customer service. Shame, because their whole ethos seems very zen-based, but the experience doesn't live up to it.

The biggest issue was finding a return address as customer service would not provide one - they only provided a 5% discount to keep items over 2 emails, on 3rd email they offered 10% discount as I kept asking about return address, which they finally provided! Despite their web address and email address having "uk" in it, they are based in China! I don't know how much the return will cost me and there is no information on their website as to where in the world they're based so not transparent at all. Very unhappy customer.

Good communication throughout even when i made an error ordering the wrong size initially, got sorted quickly without any fuss. Quality garment great value for money and so worth the wait

Ordered a lovely bracelet and it was lovely when it turn up! Even box it came in was great. But sadly too small. Promised a replacement after good communicationand me paying new postage so really looking forward to that.
Update:
Got new bracelet unfortunately same size so no use of that. Feels very disappointed as I paid a further postage towards it. Do so far two bracelets I can't use and empty purse... But they are nice and good quality but useless for me.

The sizing chart on the guidance is very misleading - 40” waist is a 4XL on the chart, but the size needed is actually an XL - so follow the name of the size rather than the chart. However, customer services have been fantastic in sorting the size correction and reply to emails really quickly. The yoga pants are really nicely cut with plenty of movement room and the fabric feels great. I have a lot more confidence in these than some other brands where the fabric was like crepe-paper! Pockets are a little small, but then it stops me carrying my phone everywhere - and what’s more spiritually calming than that?! Recommended.

I ordered 3 pairs of trousers for my yoga practice. The beautiful designs made it hard for me to make up my mind. They took a little longer to arrive than expected, so I was gifted a year of the horse bracelet for my patience. Such a lovely gesture from a very helpful customer service department. The quality of the material is very good and they are well made. The fit is perfect ( I ordered a larger size for ease of movement ) I shall be ordering more...

Lovely products but sizing is a bit smaller than expected. Ordered a 2XL which is supposed to be a 12 to 14 UK size and way too small.

Not only great products, comfortable and stylish but the interaction with the staff over sizing was efficient, friendly and good hearted.
I felt that the service and product were wholesome and ethically sound as well as to the point and prompt.

Good communication with seller. The dresses are very nice, although they don’t suit me. The only issue is a possible return, as the cost of sending the items back is very high. However, the seller helped me resolve this problem
