The items took a long time to arrive - at least 2 weeks, It's okay but it would have helped to be pre-warned about this. When the items did arrive I was pleased with the quality, the cord trousers are so thick and soft, and very warm and comfortable. They are verging towards the too thick and heavy for me - but will serve well in winters days. Communication has been helpful though the request for feedback a little too insistent!

I ordered one pair of trousers in size medium and it was great, so I ordered 3 more. The smaller sizes are same size as the medium. I’ve contacted them 3 times and no response. There’s no address to send it back to. Terrible service!

Great fabric and the customer service has been good although having to send back a large for a medium even though i measured so def stretchy waist band !

The items I ordered were generally of good quality but the returns policy is hopeless. It isn't clear what you need to do to return and you seem to have to engage in a long email correspondence with the customer services team - who, it has to be said, are polite and responsive. All I want to do is return one dress!

I recommend checking your measurements before ordering. I ordered some items that did not fit me, but the team was so quick and kind to replace. The items feel and look beautiful. It's a good brand with awsome items!

Really difficult to return an item. They send pages of policy details that are confusing and don’t give you a return address or make it hard to find. Beware.

It is now the 17th April and I have paid £16 for postage to China. The return address was 14 lines long and required three labels. I have not been refunded.

Absolutely love this shop, received 4 bracelets and they are all perfect and stunning. I had a special request, so emailed them, their customer service is fantastic, prompt replies and so friendly.
My special request was dealt with, no drama or issues.
I highly recommend this company, their products are lovely, well made and they don't use cheap materials - Perfect!

The quality of the garment is lovely. The sizing is a bit off. The trousers came up big and differed slightly within those labelled the same size. If perfect sizing is not important just go for a size smaller than your usual (in trousers anyway!). But customer service was excellent. Delivery was quite slow but arrived safely. Decent value.

I ordered a pair of Harem trousers, which were unfortunately too small, eventhough I followed the size guides, however they were very easy to contact and they are sending a bigger size as a replacement with no extra cost (only have to pay for shipping), which is great.

I would recommend buying maybe 1 or 2 sizes bigger than you usually purchase for a good fit.

Impossible to return items. I have now sent 5 emails and keep getting vague answers (e.g. "perhaps we can help"). Do not order from this shop!

I needed to return an item. Very expensive to send back to China. After several emails this matter was resolved happily.

Had a few items from buddhastoneshop everything is very well made with the best of materials from necklaces bracelets flags ect it's all packaged so beautifully well worth the money and looks absolutely beautiful on and arrives in jig time would definitely recommend buddhastoneshop.com

I ordered two items - a top and a dress. Shipping was delayed for a few weeks but the customer services team were very helpful and responsive. Both items were good quality and matched the photos online, although there are no labels to provide details of materials and care instructions. Unfortunately the dress was much too large (advertised as UK10 which is an XL so be mindful of sizes when ordering) Again, customer services have been great at responding to arrange a replacement.

I recieved my order without error, beautiful product, unfortunately size was not right for me.
But Tashi from the customer service team has been extremely helpful and accomodating, assisting to allow me to exchange the item without issue. Many thanks.

I purchased three pairs of trousers from Buddha Stones and I’m really happy with them - they look fantastic, feel very comfortable, and the is great.

I also want to mention how lovely their customer service team were. They were friendly, responsive, and incredibly helpful when I got in touch. It’s always nice when a company not only sells nice products but also genuinely cares about their customers.

Overall, a really positive experience and I’d happily order from them again!

Although I waited four weeks I am delighted with my copper Pi Xiu compass bracelet. I was made aware of a delay by their customer service team and was offered a compensation gift year of the horse bracelet which I accepted. Overall very happy with purchase and correspondence from BuddhaStone

I had an issue with sizes but the team could not have been more helpful. All resolved and I now have 3 pair of fabulous wide leg trousers. Beautifully made from soft flowing fabric. A very happy customer.

My order never arrived and customer services were full of excuses.
I believe this company are scammers and not a genuine company so please don't waste or lose your money to people that have no conscience in fleecing people
