The customer service was excellent

Great availability of parts for an older table model
Successfully replaced old plastic side panels from a pre 2014 table with new ones. Had to wait a few weeks for the delivery, but the supplier kept us well informed. Great that this company gives access to the info and parts needed!

Paid to have the table installed by the delivery team who have built it incorrectly which I reported to cornilleau whi said they would come back to me within 24hrs and not heard anything back for 5 days now. What the point of paying for installation when the install team can’t even build it correctly.

Great table tennis table and excellent customer service
Great table tennis table and excellent service pre and post from the central team in the UK. Adam was fantastic in getting our delivery and build sorted and in getting a small post sale problem resolved. Really nice to get a personal approach to customer service given how poor the experience can be these days with many companies.
