Initially poor communication on delivery dates then delivery team were 4 hours late,rude and then wouldn't assemble the table as it was going to rain!! You'd have thought a pop up gazebo or similar would be a wise investment for an installation team worried about getting wet? They could have used ours? It all took too long and missed an important date. To be fair it wasn’t Cornillieau staff and when notified they tried hard to rectify the situation so full marks to them and the table is very good.

The people who installed it left the job half done. There was a box left unpacked and the table has no cover. We paid for it to be fully installed. The table also had a terrible lean on it (balls rolled to left). We have managed to resolve this by resetting the table using alan keys.

We had a terrible first experience having a team assemble our table who made 13 separate errors, including damaging the playing face. Which was disappointing. However, as soon as we made the team at Cornilleau aware of this we have been super impressed. A brand new table was sent, with a competent assembly team, and a present for my son to apologise. It was great exemplary service and what you would expect from a premium brand. Sometimes things don't go to plan and when you have an issue all you can do is judge people on how they responded. Which is why I am giving Cornilleau 5 stars.

Simply put, the all round service was excellent. From buying, through to actually speaking with the managing director by phone ( because the number is there for you to call if you need any assistance), delivery and assembly.
Would certainly buy from again.

Delivery was relatively quick within 10 daysof ordering.Although the system is not very sophisticated. There is no automatic notification from the courier that they have it or when they expect to deliver it. That said , The table was really easy to build with two people and all the parts were provided. The table arrived well packaged and the delivery guys were very careful.
The table quality is excellent , easily manoeuvrable and easy to put up and down ( ideal when a quick shower arrives) overall top quality and lots of fun to play.

Good table tennis table. Instructions easy to follow for assembly. Family enjoying having the table available to play on. Worth getting some of the outdoor weighted balls.

The ordering process and confirmation are great. It took a few weeks to get the table once I ordered it, but it is a great ping pong table.

Fantastic quality table tennis table. The resin playing surface is great to play on and looks good on the garden. Was straightforward to construct and is very easy to open/close. Ordering was very easy and delivery was well organised.

Nikki Sharp in Sales (and assembly help) was bloody brilliant. Assembly with tech and engineering background husband did not end in divorce and I am delighted with the easy-to-operate and move table tennis table bought to keep my grandchildren off their tech gizmos.

Great service, quick delivery and the cheapest price out there which doesn't normally happen from a main supplier !!

Product itself was OK, albeit not really for for purpose as often breaks. Main issue was that only one piece sent where I thought (for the price, which was high) that I would receive a pair.
