Awful to deal with. I have bought from them in the past.

I contacted them days ago on social mefia to ask for help in buying more items, they took days to reply & despite clearly having 3 detailed messages & a picture, they just said " How can we help" causing the need to repeat the same information again as they clearly couldnt be bothered to read previous messages.

They offered zero answers, so i will buy elsewhere.

Last time i bought from them, they said my item was not delivered as my work building that i work in 5 days a week didny exist, so the delivery could not be made.

I then had to fight for a refund

This latest disaster confirms why you should not waste your money or town with them, when there is significantly better out their.

They claim they have not received my return. So now i do not have a product and also no refund. Insane. Would 100% not recommend.

Quick and friendly responses from Customer service when I had an issue with shipping. The fault was on my end as I had moved into a new apartment and was given the wrong mailing address by mistake.

Customer service for it sorted quickly and I appreciate the help.

I brought a chain from Craftd and love it. Great customer experience and really great quality products. Would highly recommend them.

My first order went well. Second order , I paid the extra $50 to have it delivered to Toronto.
They put it through normal mail.
The tracking still says they didn’t receive package 3 days later. Several emails with no response, on line portal no response for 2 days.
This is a joke , and not the way to run a business !!!

I had an issue with my husbands bracelet and I contacted customer service and they were incredibly helpful and resolved my issue smoothly and efficiently. Very happy with the service and items are amazing.

I love my necklaces but one of them broke after a few months and it just hasn’t looked the same since.

I strongly recommend avoiding Craftd if you’re ordering internationally.

I ordered from Norway, and my first package was never delivered. Instead, it was somehow delivered to the exact same address in the Netherlands. Before they would even consider sending a replacement, I had to spend time filling out multiple claim forms and providing documentation.

After waiting, they finally sent a replacement package. Unbelievably, the exact same thing happened again. The replacement was also delivered to the same address in the Netherlands instead of being sent to Norway.

After more than two months of waiting and spending far too much time dealing with customer service, all they are offering is a refund. At this point, a refund is not enough. I ordered the products because I wanted them, and after all this time I still don’t have them.

This wasn’t just one unfortunate mistake—it happened twice in exactly the same way. That seriously raises concerns about their international shipping process. Based on my experience, they seem unable to reliably deliver orders outside their own country.

Very disappointing experience, and I won’t be ordering from Craftd again.

Brilliant quality and delivery and received it before committed delivery date. Love it.

Tried to return an item. Horrible process going through the website; very annoying. After starting the return, they deducted $10 from the item amount for shipping costs, but then make you pay the $23 shipping cost anyway to ship to the UK. Scammy company and very low-quality item

Since discovering Craftd I buy all my jewellery with them as the quality is amazing comparing to other similar brands, I had an issue with one of my products recently and after speaking with customer service they sent me a brand new one out really living up to their life time warranty, would highly recommend!

Got my stuff in a timely manner. Its been about a year and the few necklaces I have are still in great shape. I never took the bracelet off till it broke off last month, with that said no issues from wearing 24/7. Will buy more, but takes me awhile to spend money on things like jewelry.

Avoid Craftd London. The jewellery is really bad quality.

My item arrived damaged and actually cut my skin when I tried it on. I returned it and clearly asked for a full refund, but they sent me a replacement instead. I returned that as well and they still refused to refund me.

Cheap jewellery, poor customer service and a complete waste of money. I won’t be ordering from them again.

Brought a necklace for my partner 2 years ago and it was perfect, the chain was thick and quality was great. Unfortunately he lost it at a gig and I quickly ordered him a replacement. The replacement looks cheap (despite being significantly more expensive than my first purchase), the chain is thin and looks like it could break easily and the compass design is nowhere near as nice as the previous one brought. Very disappointing, especially as the first time I brought from Craftd I was blown away with the quality.

Customer service was great, was provided a replacement for broken clasp bracelet.

Super products (until you return something and email them). I've spent a small fortune with Craftd and I rate most of their pieces. My only disappointment is when you email them...and....crickets. I've sent 3 emails regarding a specific return - all of them ignored which does not make you feel valued as a customer. They're quick enough to take your cash but the follow up is very poor. Time to look elsewhere and, thankfully, I am not short of choice.

UPDATE BASED ON THEIR REPLY - I HAVE replied to email threads AND sent emails with order numbers - all of which have been ignored. So the recommendation below is pointless.
