Ordered a treadmill in the black Friday sale, it arrived quickly and nothing wrong with it. The app is horrible, however, and I decided to use the 60-day return guarantee.
I was surprised to know that they book in a collection for you, so you don't have to pay and arrange for the return yourself.
HOWEVER, they are now claiming that the collection was unsuccessful, when, in fact, it has been collected from my place of residence.
They already said "unsuccessful collection" for two days before the actual collection was booked, to which I responded that the booking from the courier had a different date.
I followed up with another email after the collection to say it was successful, so either they don't read the customer messages or they don't understand English.
Either way, I'm sincerely hoping they're not going to claim that I still have the treadmill and as such won't refund me.

Someone finally contacted the warehouse to check if my return had been received, which it had. My refund has been issued. I hate being the person leaving a negative review to get a resolution, but when the customer service exec doesn't seem to read and/or understand your repeated messages about the successful collection, I guess it's the only way to get somewhere.
If you want to buy from these guys, check out the app beforehand. That's the only issue I had, the treadmill works perfectly fine. And hope you don't have to contact their customer service.

After the first update from one star to three, customer service have contacted me twice to ask me to update the review to 4 or 5 stars. I believe that my experience is worth 3 stars at most, but after being begged to upgrade the review I'm changing it down to 2.

Would not recommend.
Customer service is non existent, no reply for over a week.
Tracking doesn’t work item was meant to arrive a while ago but no idea where or when it will come. The shop app is rubbish all it says is waiting for details when trying to track.
I’ll be opening a chargeback with my bank shortly as not sure what’s going on, they’ll probs respond to this on here but that just seems to be the same robotic response based on other reviews I’ve seen

TERRIBLE! Ordered walking pad on 18th December, never arrived - company said first delivery was lost in transit. Second one ready to despatch but was then out of stock (on 8th Jan). No alternative offered. Communication with company very poor and have ultimately had to initiate a chargeback claim. Take your business elsewhere - very poor company to deal with.

This company is quick to take your money but not deliver your goods.
I have chased their CS team and have not had any response from them.
As a customer who is spending a lot of money you would expect their CS team to be 10/10.
You shouldn’t put on your website delivery within 2/4 working days, that’s a lie.
My advice is to anyone thinking of purchasing from this company to think again.

Customer services were the worst I've dealt with in many years. Package did not arrive when specified, received tracking number which was not live.
Contacting DX Shipping is almost impossible.
Tried to cancel order with Customer Services and hit a brick wall, her solution was to wait until the package did turn up and the refuse it!
Their website gives delivery dates not just expected days but ignore these if you are wanting their products by a specific date.
Will never use again.

Bought a mill for my wife, but before it arrived she damaged her Achilles and could not use it. I contacted Deerrun for a return (as per their policy) and they offered me £20 to keep the mill. I requested collection last year, they gave me 7 January, and then went silent. The mill is still boxed as per delivery. Emailed them on various addresses found on the internet, twice a day, no reply. Been weeks now. Will now be going to socials to share my experience.

I ordered my walking pad on the 22nd of December fully expecting a brief delay because of the Christmas period. It is now the 8th of January and we have still not received the machine. When I contacted Deer Run customer services I was passed from one agent to another who repeated the same answer that they were sending a replacement and that I needed to be patient. I have since been told that they have had a surge of new orders and that they are working on these rather than prioritising customers who have lost machines. The customer service has been sub par!!!

I ordered a treadmill on 19 Dec. 3 weeks later... it still has not arrived. I tried to call the helpline but they just say "we will escalate it". I emailed for a refund and no one replied. Please do yourself a favour and do not buy with this company!

Absolutely horrendous customer service avoid at all cost!!
I Cancelled my order immediately only to be told it was already in transit (it definitely wasn’t!)
Said they would refund a water bottle - I never even ordered one!!
Further told me just to refuse the delivery when it came to get a full refund, this is exactly what I did, refused the delivery and now I’ve never heard a thing back! I’ll be taking this further! Fed up of scamming companies!!! AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!

The honest answer will never use this company again.
Didn’t receive my order on time, then not even on the promised days they had rearranged for. Then the product went missing. Half the order was sent to the billing address. And 2 weeks later still not arrived. Offered me £10 compensation. My order amount was £400.00 part present for my daughter. And she still to date hasn’t got her order.
Cost me an extra £50 to get the rest of the order to her.
And they are sorry and understand how I feel.
No promised call back from management.
Still to date no call back.

Received a faulty product and have been ignored by the customer service team! I sent an email with a video for reference explaining my issues and that I have a faulty walking pad and have been ignored ever since despite sending numerous follow up emails. Even more frustrating that this was ordered as a gift! Now request to send the item back and get my money back.

I had confirmation my order was dispatched 27/12/25 and it’s been sitting in the delivery depo apparently for the last 2 weeks. Deer Run and delivery agent not responding to chats or emails.
Yes I know it’s been the Christmas holidays but a little information regarding my treadmill and proposed delivery date would be a good idea?

I was contacted by customer service and received my treadmill very soon after. They even offered me a £20 refund.
So far we are enjoying our new treadmill and it is very well constructed and seems to be a good purchase.

i ordered their product to be delivered on time for xmas present it still has not arrived and deer run are doing nothing to refund or replace - thankfully i purchased an insurance policy which was offered which is obviously because their service standards are so poor - as of today i have had a response to this review on trustpilot but nothing from the company direct that i have tried to contacy by email several times and am currently on hold now to in order to make a formal complaint

I recently had an issue with a treadmill I had purchased. The response from Customer Service was excellent and the resolution offered acceptable.
Only received the free water bottle, no response to any emails/messages about when/if the treadmill will be dispatched. No tracking information for the treadmill, says it was dispatched, but only received the water bottle.
Update - finally had a response on social media, and treadmill parcel is lost, requested refund, only to receive a response next day that they've found it. Given up at this point, I just want the refund.

The website was very misleading with delivery dates.
It indicated clearly that I would receive product on 21/22 December this being perfect for Christmas present.
Instead it came 3 days after Christmas meaning they didn’t get present.
But they reel you in for the extra sale with that promise
