I ordered a treadmill on the 27th December. I understand the Christmas holiday will delay things. But the customer contact number doesn’t work and no reply’s to emails. I downloaded the Shop app to track delivery as the confirmation email says, but the app is not helpful at all. Now doing research in the company I’m very worried. I don’t mind delays in delivery as long as I’m kept updated in the progress. I’m really starting to think I’ve been scammed.

I saw the walking pad was on offer, only to use for walking while watching tv so thought I'd be fine without a handle. Needed one so brought a 20.00 free standing towel rail. Problem solved.

Ordering online and delivery of the product was easy and efficient. It’s a great walking pad, particularly if you are new to using one and don’t have the space for a full on treadmill. I love it!
I bought my daughter a treadmill from this company as a birthday gift only to discover on the day it was faulty and did not work.
After some communications back and forth they agreed to a refund but refused to collect the item leaving me with no other option but to take it to the local recycling centre and pay a charge of £23 for them to dispose of it. The company refused to reimburse me leaving me out of pocket. I expected better from them.

I purchased one of their treadmills from Amazon & it started to have issues turning on. I tried a few things myself to resolve it but ended up emailing them instead & have received the BEST customer service I’ve had in a very long time! They’ve been so kind, helpful & arranged a replacement for me. I really can’t fault them or their treadmills! I would highly recommend them.
Ordered my treadmill 10 days ago now - still not arrived - tracking says label is printed that’s all - customer service email doesn’t respond had to call to get an email response - told item
Is “lost” a whole Treadmill just “lost” - offered refund or replacement and asked to respond - responded - no update yet again to my replacement request or acknowledgement or new tracking - so not going great so far - I can’t speak regarding the treadmill but customer service is beyond poor - don’t think I’ll be using these guys again for anything.

I ordered my treadmill on on the 8th of December as a Christmas present and it was "dispatched" on the 9th of December. As I write this on the 17th of December still no sign of said treadmill. I have been provided with ability to track and the Delivery company did indeed receive the package on the 9th but since then there has been no movement. I called DeeRun customer services yesterday and the answer I was given was "maybe you can call the delivery company and chase it". Called them today again and have just been fobbed off with "its been escalated to another department". I have asked for a call back by a manager by COB but I suspect that is unlikely to happen.
Update - 19/12/2025 I have just been told that my original order has been "lost" and a new item has been dispatched with a new tracking number pending, and been given a guarantee that it will be delivered by COB 22/12/25. Watch this space........
Update - 20/12/2025 - Following the latest call with customer service I was lied to previously as a new item hasn't been dispatched and no new tracking number wont be forth coming and in fact the original item wasn't "lost". I even got into trouble for not checking the progress of the old tracking number before phoning them. Also when asked to speak to a supervisor I was told "None are available as they are all out of the country on a business meeting". Honestly, that one takes the biscuit.

Ive been waiting since the 23rd November for this treadmill, nothing. No updates. Your delivery company xdp are impossible to contact either. Ive teied reaching out via email and live chat to you and them multiple times and ive been met with nothing but silence. I need an update on this ASAP, I ordered it a present and I cant get anyone to even contact me about it! Appalling customer service.

Got out of surgery recently and doctor advised that it’s vital I need to practice walking to prevent clots so I purchased this treadmill and it was very good for a while, I only used it for short periods, no running just walking. However, one day I decided to do a short walk and during the walk the treadmill suddenly stopped causing me to fall forward on the exact leg I’m trying to recover from. Tested it several times and it did the same thing, no countdown but stops immediately. I even put their silicone lubricant on the treadmill and it still would do the same thing, extremely dangerous. I don’t recommend buying from this company and will be looking to take further action regarding this matter.

Don't bother getting their treadmills...ordered November and still no sign of it, being fobbed off, a birthday present for me from my husband....what a disappointment....I have talked to your agents who said get a neighbour to help if you're not at home when it arrives!!! What!!! Seriously! You are asking a customer that has spent 350£ on a treadmill that still has no sign of ever arriving to ask a neighbour to take it in if no one is home to sign for it - it's a very heavy item of value - are you serious! I have asked you to Cancel the entire thing I want my money back! You have read the messages via Facebook messenger and nothing back from you!
You use a courier company XDP and they have 1.5 star rating (Google reviews) with many many customers complaints regarding deliveries. The treadmill has been sat at their depot since 5th December!! December 8th it was being prepared for delivery we are now on the 10th December and still the same. I have even tried to contact them on live chat to no avail as all of a sudden the chat goes to "away" without even making a connection to someone.... I want the order cancelling with a full refund and you can send the returns labels for the two other items received....never again!

The most appalling customer service I have ever received. Had a faulty treadmill within 12 month warranty. Contacted them about a replacement and was offered one but then retracted as they don’t delivery to my postcode anymore. A full refund was agreed too but nearly 4 weeks later I am still waiting for this to be processed and keep getting the same AI chat bot responses from their email address to have ‘patience and understanding’ and that they are ‘escalating with the relevant department’. They never tell me what the problem is and why the refund hasn’t been processed yet. I asked them to confirm it’s been processed on their end last week and they lied and said it was. Nothing appeared in my account and now we’re back to ‘escalating the relevant department’.
It should not be that difficult or take this long to process a refund. Avoid this company at all costs
