Too much hassle

Too much hassle. My return didn't go very well. To receive my money back I had to have a long email discussion with Customer Service as I sent two shirts back in one parcel, but they noticed only one. Not worth the energy I spent exchanging emails and hearing how unhappy they were that my experience hadn't been great.

Pain free customer service

The ordering was easy and arrived quickly. When my item had an issue I got on to customer service and was told this was going to be investigated but was not given a time frame. I didn't want the item to go out of stock so I placed another order. The product investigators came back to me within a couple of hours and asked me to return the item that was faulty and offered a discount voucher for next order. Since I had placed another already they kindly refunded the voucher value off that order. Pain free customer service, thanks!

Money still not refunded for the returns made 2 months ago

Returns, customer care contact and service in general is poor!
Shipment arrived in episodes, the products are okay quality but after you've made a purchase and not entirely satisfied with it, the returns process is so painfully long!!
I have been waiting for my refund since 2 months now.
Shopping with Defacto is definitely not worth taking the risk of losing money and wasting time chasing after the returns

The jacket shown on the website and the jacket delivered was of different colour and extremely poor quality. Their customer services is appalling. Initially, they sent me a wrong link for return and only provided the right return label after i confronted them for their mistake. It has been more than 17 days since i returned the item but no refund yet and customer services keep insisting that the return item is in transit still. Really are you kidding me. I would not be doing any business with them going forward unless they improve their poor customer services.
