Recap:
Dec 2021 -- booked my complex, complete itinerary cost approx £1.5k
May 2022 -- one of the 6 flights (3 each way) was cancelled
June 2022 -- successive contact form submissions yield no response until it does. Customer Services cancelled the entire itinerary, 3 weeks from departure, with ZERO authorisation to do this.
July 2022 -- itinerary is now £3.5k which I'm forced to book as the trip is to attend my sister's destination wedding.
Aug 2022 -- finally receive a part-refund after multiple chasing. Part-refund because these people still took their £30 cancellation fee!
Awful experience with FlightNetwork
Awful experience with FlightNetwork. Don't fall into their trap. Emirates processed my refund and people in FlightNetwork are not processing it. They don't even respond to queries. Such an awful experience. Not trusting them again.
