I have used this company many times before. This time, I created a project, uploaded my photos but when I went to 'order' the box said zero photos in the project. Also my basket was empty. I spent three hours backing and forwarding and wasting my time. I have sent emails and also this morning trying phoning their website helpline (0161 850 8344) ... which is actually and engineering company that have never heard of them.

It’s been nearly two weeks and I haven’t received my products
When I try to track the page says error 404 not found. And because it Christmas / new year no one is available to contact.
I cannot comment further about quality of photo books etc as I haven’t seen them yet. I am still waiting 😢.

Paid for order yet not received. Customer service is not getting back to my emails. Definitely not ordering here again, and filing an official complaint against them.
misleading advertising & delivery time
First big exclamation mark was their behavior regarding the 20% discount for the first order that they offer for registering for the newsletter. No voucher was sent nor was available in the account and only after a week of messaging with the support (claiming that they do discount only after ordering the first order) I got it. Second negative point is the mentioned long delivery time. Even though they advertise 6 days, I still did not get it after more than 2 weeks...
Update after 10 weeks after ordering my photos: first delivery got returned to them for whatever reason so they apparently printed it again in the meantime, however also this was not delivered so I asked for the money back.
Definitely not worth of ordering through them - save the nerves waiting and arguing with them and get it from your local provider

They have a design tool that helps you build your own Calandar.
Can get 4 pics plust a background pic per page which I have seen nowhere else.
Every year I forget where the tool is but their support helping me is excellent.
Super-prompt delivery.
Top of the price range methinks but worth it for the number of pics per page and other clever stuff you can do.
Do follow the warning lights.. red, i'd choose another pic, amber the bigger the pic the less defined it is as they are at pains to point out.

Very happy to continue to deal with Foto.com. I have purchased several photo books from them to date and all are of top quality and arrived swiftly. I did have an issue with my last transaction as the link from the promotional email I received led me to the Belgian site which I failed to notice and when I completed my compilation I was unable to process it as it would not accept my Ireland details, it took a few emails before I got satisfaction from the help desk but they did do their best for me once I stressed to them how much time and effort I had spent putting it all together. My latest photo book is currently on route and I’ve no doubt it will be of top quality as before..

I have ordered many times from Foto . com .The orders have included poster sized prints and smaller sizes at all times I have been delighted by the quality of the prints. The speed of completion of the orders has been exceptionally fast and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend their service!

Great prints (I had ordered some from another site but had to get them re-done, the ones from Foto were so much better) but the process to order was a little annoying so only four stars.

If I could give it 0 stars, I would. What should've been a 4-5 day delivery time, I ordered 14 photos, and they were never delivered. I inquired with customer service after 1 week, after 10 days, after 2 weeks, etc. After 2 weeks, I asked for a refund. I was told that I needed to wait for over a month before they would consider doing anything. They didn't even offer to refund shipping. NEVER order from this company.

Perfect service. I wanted to send a gift to a friend in Brussels and Foto.com was perfect for that, allowing me to order the items in English, personalising them and send them quickly by post. Very happy client and gift receiver!!

I have been ordering from your site for years and I wasn't happy with the latest prints.
I did not select photo enhancement but it's obvious this has happened with these prints coming out in various different shades.
The paper used in the past has also been changed to a lesser quality.

Don’t order if in a hurry
My order took over two weeks to be processed and posted out to me. When I emailed the company to find out what was going on they replied in French! I eventually got my order that had been sent from Belgium. The quality was ok but no better than other cheaper sights I’ve used before. Definitely won’t be using them again

Dreadful quality
My photos were dreadful! All were very dark and went straight in the bin. I contacted Foto who suggested I reorder, pay, and then claim back the money. They blamed auto photo enhancement for the appalling quality. Needless to say, I didn’t bother reordering, I will go to my local Timpsons instead.

It is always a good service. The only problem is the time it takes in the post. Not sure where it’s sent from.
don’t trust
I used it twice, 1st time 2 weeks delay, 2nd time after 1 month I still don’t know where my order is. I contacted them so many times. Their phone number doesn’t work, they don’t have another line to call. I wrote many emails and they haven’t been able to track my order to know where it has been sent. They don’t give you also an estimated Delivery date which Should be have been provided as a professional service. Never again.
