Took my money, did not deliver product

TL;DR: Took my money, did not deliver product, incommunicado.

Utterly abysmal customer service. No phone number, no chat window. Every attempt to contact the company met with silence. Ordered an item, never received it, and the delivery company admitted that they'd lost the item. Now, I'm out the money, and have no response from these people, and no way to talk to anybody, whether via chat or telephone. I regret having to give them one star just to start this review.

UPDATE 19 November 2024: Still no delivery of the item I ordered, they still have my money--essentially no progress in five days. I did receive an email from a customer service representative for HyperX, but almost all of the factual information in that email was incorrect (e.g., they said the delivery company was still searching, yet I had an email from the delivery company stating clearly that they had closed the search; they also said they have a chat window, which they do, but that chat window does not work--you cannot get a live agent even when contacting them during business hours, and it just keeps the customer on an endless loop of nonresponsiveness, etc.). So, pretty bleak from a customer service standpoint, and I am still out my money with no satisfaction nor any clear idea that a resolution is even possible.
