Appallingly bad service…

It's day 3 and I still have not had my order collected. How many more days am I supposed to wait indoors for the courier?
4 Days later and despite assurances I've had to cancel and go with another company. Worst shipping /courier service EVER!
DO NOT USE this useless company!

So originally booked a collection for…

So originally booked a collection for 5th June. You emailed to say it had to be 6th. Then your courier tired to collect on 30th, 2nd and 4th. I rang on 5th to ask if 6th would go ahead. I was told you would email to confirm. I've received no information. Really poor.

The driver left my parcel at the front…

The driver left my parcel at the front door of the stair, didn't ring the buzzer or let me know it was there!
