We are sorry that you have not had the best experience with us- this is not the Johnson Fitness and Wellness way. We hold parts in stock across all our product ranges to ensure our customers are not kept waiting if a problem should occur. Unfortunately, the particular part needed was out of stock and due to the issues with the Red Sea we have experienced some delays. We are happy to report that this part has now arrived and an engineer will be scheduled to attend and resolve the issue. Once again, apologies for the delays with this repair.

Yet to Receive Ordered Product
I placed an order with Johnson fitness on the 15th December, and I’m yet to actually receive the product ordered. The item was intended as a Xmas present for my partner. I was told I would be contacted within 5 days by their delivery partner and after 7 days I had to chase them. I contacted Johnson fitness and was fobbed off that it was the delivery partner issues and nothing to do with them. I must say I’m very disappointed with the whole experience and being fobbed off by Johnson fitness.

I can see that you contacted Johnson Fitness 4 days after placing your order and were advised that the delivery partners would be in touch to book delivery within 5 working days- you should have received a text once you placed your order confirming this also.
I’m pleased to see that your delivery has been scheduled for January and was done so in December. Unfortunately, guaranteed Christmas delivery cut off on this product was 8th December, as advertised on the website, in efforts to avoid disappointment.
Once again, apologies for this experience and we hope you enjoy your product once it arrives, they have proven to be very popular and we have no doubt you will not be disappointed.
